FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN JULY 2010

Hi All,

I had sent my first set of docs in March 2010 and the 2nd/full set of docs to CHC ND in July 2010 Under FSW1, anybody from July who got a Medical Request from NDVO?

I received a reply to my case specific enquiry last week that the file will not be processed in 2012, and that they have not begun processing the file yet and will contact me for documents if they need anything. Does it mean that they have not even opened the file yet and I should not even expect a MR even in 2012? the reply from NDVO sounds very de-motivating, please advice

Thanks Kavya, but whats the use of ordering CAIPS? if NDVO say's that they have "not yet begun processing the file". What will I get from CAIPS? by the way I cant check my status online on e-cas it gives me an error saying cant identify my information, when I wrote the same to NDVO I got a generic reply saying file not yet in process

The reply from NDVO will be standard every time. So i don't think it will make any difference. Yeah in your case it is indeed late so my advice would same i.e order CAIPS. And i have seen somewhere in forum that identical thing is happening to MI3 applicants, and also heard that Pre June people will be getting MR in the beginning of 2012. As other VO concerns they had already started to send MR.
BTW how about your current ecas status.

In order to know your actual processing status and movement of your file, i personally suggest you to order CAIPS.
This will let you know a lot about your ongoing processing.

I m also 18july candidate pre june.and processing with date jan2012.but nt yet mr recieve til now.

VO are already assessing all the Pre June 2010 (MI1) cases and they will be almost ready with the eligible application number list by mid-June, 2012 which will help to fix the Visa targets for MI3, MI2 and MI1 etc…
Also earlier there was lot of duplication of work like issuing medicals and re-medicals or documents update so this time VOs are given strict instruction not hurry in issuing medicals or requesting any document or Visas.

New Visa targets and new rules will be issued on July, 2012.

New Instructions are in the below order.
MI5 Top priority
MI3 Priority
MI2 Last priority
MI1 There is no priority but if there is any visas are left out.
MI1 in July, 2013 should not have any pending applications, so it should completed before 2013 MI.

What is your current ecas status if it is in process with processing date then will get MR after july 2012. Some NDVO applicants are having BFD in may-2012 as they got it in their respective caips lets wait and see if they receive any reply. As for ur enquiry I think it is an standard reply from NDVO.
