FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Any one of those who have got DM/PPR can give me this information.
Was your job experience verified in person or over the phone call. And if phone call, did your employer get a phone call from Warsaw or New Delhi.

I will highly appreciate if someone can answer my query

Thanks... I was a little worried for I enquired from my organization. They told me that no verification has been done regarding my employment yet. Earlier I was under this impression that job verification happens either by phone or in person.

I am confused between Vancouver and Ontario.. I have heard that Vancouver is quite expensive.. Hence, I am planning for adjoining suburbs such as Richmond, Surrey, etc.. ;D

Hi Happygo lucky.. the reason for toronto is I 've seen many opportunities in our field in toronto so far and the cost of licving is also less expensive in comparison to BC. Please let me know on when you are planning to travel.. as I'm planning to by 2nd of November 2015.. if you're planning somewhere at this time.. then probably we can discuss more in detail with respect to the initial prepartions and arrangements .. do let me know if you're travelling along with family or alone.. as I'm planning to travel along with family

Any one know about CSE
I had applied through consultant.
Now i want to raise CSE.
Is it possible that i can raise it my self. Or i can do through my consultant only.

I too am in same dilemma. My consultant says that he will not raise CSE because of 2 reasons. Firstly, 90 days have not expired from the date of medicals received which is due to expire by end of this month. Secondly, the Warsaw VO asked for scanned copies of all pages of the passports on 20 August which was sent back to them same day on mail. My consultant is of the view that from 20th August we need to wait for 60 days before we raise an CSE.

I am confused if I can raise CSE directly or my consultant can only raise the same as he is the legal representative for me. Any members who has gone through this earlier may reply.

As per the details available at the CIC website, the normal period of 3 months starts from the date when the medical results are received by them.

The extract from the website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=983&t=4 is -

How long will my application take if I need a medical exam?

After a medical examination by a Panel Physician, the results are sent for review to the CIC medical office which serves your region. The CIC medical office will assess the results and send their assessment to the visa office which is processing your application.

Processing times can vary but generally:

For permanent resident applications, it normally takes three months after our medical office receives the medical examination results from the Panel Physician before we will contact you regarding the next stage of your application. This is true only if you have already complied with our other requests (e.g. to submit other documents).

can you please send me the link where they have mentioned 90 days. because i this period is checked against visa office.
and on cic site for warsaw office they are showing a total processing time 32 months.

Hi Money,

32 months processing time is not applicable to us as our files are transferred from NDVO to Warsaw. Therefore, processing timelines of NDVO is applicable to us which is 11 months. I will send you the link of 90 days as well and these 90 days is from TLU to PPR and does not pertain to entire processing timelines.

I have received my GCMS NOTES, in GCMS NOTES, they mentioned PA PUT AWAY and due date is 15th September, 2015.

ASSESSMENTS 1

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
security: Not started
Medical: Not started:

Today is 17th September, so should I expect any update from LVO that they started work on my application. If anyone have the same experience please share.

Same here friends, my DM was on 22nd Aug, my MR recd date is 26 June, still no PPR, only change is I renewed my passport, for which sent copies or by email ( through my agent) to my vo on 22nd or 23rd August, so maybe that's why they are delaying, but why delay for passport renewal? I am too irritated by waiting day by day for PPR. I am worried too.

I think you need to send Generic form as there was change in passport number, I am not sure on this.. But ask any senior members..
