I am confused b/w 00-481 or 00-482 which is ok pls suggest.I have to courier my doc. tomorrow.

Hi Friend ! i was asked to submit POF along with RPRF & Medical. It was in separate email along with details of MR & RPRF but Medical forms were in different emails.

Did they also ask you to submit POF ?

No buddy, in my case thy only asked for rprf, medical, pcc, and passport copies...
my suggestion is do what they have asked....its just fr their records,,,no harm in it...follow their instructions...

hey buddy..no need to worry,,,
both are same address..i myself faced that confusion while sending my docs but once i went to DHL outlet thy said that both are same...so i marked at 00-481 address all my papers and it has been delivered,,,
so my advice u do the same,,,
and on the envelope write ur UCI and application number...
just to avoid confusion i added one letter also wherein i have given details of the documents attached and also a copy of email received from warsaw,,,
hopefully it will help u too...

Send it to the address mentioned in the email. I have quoted the address from email that I received.

I've done Medical from MAX Delhi, they provided the 2 pages receipt wheren my Passport and other details are mentioned.

Just to know , how the medical tracking number look a like , Is it provided other than 2 pages which they shared with me,

Thanks Humber Hawk, for making process clear,

1. Regarding 1no. photo , I suppose they want to stick on the Medical Form received from CIC (it has blank space on top right).

2. Personally I do not remember having a Chest X-ray. (may be they are concerned on X-ray over exposure OR may be medical history of it as to why it was necessitated, if was ever done ).

Also I thought, for us its an emotional and significant process, for hospitals we are just another set of bodies (subjects).

You can pay RPRF after or before medical, you need to send the RPRF receipt and your hospital will you give you additional paper to send to WVO. Send both of them to WVO.

If the hospital/clinic is e-medical enabled, then do we need to send that additional paper to WVO? If yes, can we send the scanned copy through email or is it mandatory to send via courier??

bro to the best of my knwledge and my lawyer..u have to send the medical trackin receipt and RPRF original by courier only u can upload pp pages by email...but em doing both..that means sending PP pages along with receipts by india post......why take chances bro..whats the harm in doing both...i think its not a big thing to worry..god blesya..

I sent the cash receipt to show the proof of medical examination along with RPRF demand draft and copies of all pages of passports via courier. Will that work or is there a different medical tracking receipt??

Hi, You are good to go. I also included cash receipts in my courier package as proof of my medical exams. My 3rd line "Medicals Results Received" was updated before the receipts reached Warsaw though!

Hey Kiran.. Congrats for the MR.. I am also from the same NOC, would like to know whether they have done any call to HR or any sort of background checks prior to send MR request, as its took almost 20 days from SLU to MR ??

A)i dont think my company got an HR call...Because for the current company that iam working i have given my friends number as reference
but he didnt get an call... and its not mandatory that we should get a verification call...Not all Applicants are subjected to verification .. if the documentation is good with sufficient proofs like IT returns Payslips we might not get verifiction calls..

By the way, I just received an email from the Nepal International Clinic (NIC) with pdf attachment of our medical information sheets that mentions that NIC have submitted our report to CIC on 15th May 2015. Should I also send this attachment to WVO via email?? What do you suggest? By the way, when was your 3rd line updated?
