FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi,

Below are my details :

NOC : 2241
Appl. recd date : 13-Nov-14
PER recd date : 04-Feb-15
AOR recd date : 26-Feb-15
VO : Warsaw, Poland
Awaiting MR

1. I am the principal applicant, and my wife has been a joint applicant as I accrued 67 points with addition of my wife's IELTS exam score.
2. I have worked for more than 6 months in India, Ghana and US. So my understanding is that I will need PCC from India, Ghana and the US. Currently I am working in India. I also understand from the fellow members in this forum that for the US, FBI clearance is required and it takes normally 4 months from the date of application received. I am expecting MR during 2nd or 3rd week of May-2015. Do I need to start the FBI clearance process now or should I wait. I have applied through a lawyer and lawyer told me not to do so. However, looking at the amount of time taken by FBI, I felt to check in the forum whether I should start the process right away or should I wait for the CIC intimation to get the PCC done. How long is the FBI PCC valid ?
3. Do I need PCC for both me and my wife or only mine ?
4. Does CIC send any special letter that needs to be attached alongwith the FBI PCC request ? In that case, I will have to wait for the CIC intimation for FBI PCC.

Can someone please advise as I am really confused ?

But I already have a representative and my PER was recieved to my agent who forwarded it to me.

You can also call CIC. If they ask for the address, you have tell your representative address (Just keep it ready with you when you call).

We have almost same AOR timelines from Warsaw office. As per WVO working style, I am expecting my MR mail in between April second to last week, so you should.

You need to have PCC for all the applicant who are 18+ age....

CIC doesnt send any special letter for PCC from FBI or for that matter for any country... so you need not wait for their intimation...

No idea about validity of FBI PCC but there is a discussion board dedicated to FBI PCC check there you might get other useful info as well...

But I received one communication mail from Warsaw Office on 03 - 02 - 2015

Please tell me which date will be considered for MR (Medical Request)
- File Number Generation date (30/12/2014) or Mail Communication date from Warsaw Office (03/02/2015)

Please inform us when tentatively, I will receive MR - Medical Request Mail

You can process your PCC now itself,

Medical can be done from anywhere just select the approved medical center

and you can request extension for submission dates.

You cant ask them to speed up.....
