Apply for EE. If you get ITA you can safely withdraw your FSW application and get you visa in the pocket in 6 months

BTW when did you submitted your application, as ur timeline shows per and application submitted both as NOV..July applicant are in waiting lounge so try to bit relax.

I suggest you to apply for gcms notes through which you can find what exactly happening with your file.

According to our records, your application is still in progress at the visa office in Warsaw. The visa office received your FBI report submissions earlier this month. Please note that your application is currently undergoing background and security checks. You may rest assured that once these checks have been completed, the visa office will contact you for the next step or should they require any additional information.
