Its good to find this thread, I was beginning to get worried when I received correspondence from the Warsaw Visa Office.
First, my application timeline is such-
*Application received- 22 Oct 14
*Credit card charged- 24 Dec 14
*AOR from CIO, Sydney- 22 Jan 15
*AOR from Warsaw VO- 9 Feb 15

Also, they asked me to email them a "scanned copy of a signed request" to include my email address in my file. I had provided them with my email in the application/file I'd sent. Anyway, can someone please tell me what exactly is this signed request?

yes, Bhai Bhai is right , u will get AOR .

MR you will get most probabily in between Last week of April and Mid May.

As per CIC, my file is transfer to Warsaw on last 4 March....when I will get AOR or MR????

Hi Woodspirit,

You received your PER and other correspondence on email right? That means there is an email address on record. Did you asked to change your email address?

Signed request is a simple application from your end with a signature so they can verify your signature with the signature on application docs. This is basically to avoid changes in case someone gets hold of your email access and request changes. You can write a letter with details such as UCI and file number etc and sing it and scan it.

Afterwards open a case specific enquiry at the following URL:

https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=warsaw

You have an option to upload the doc. Upload the scanned doc along with CSE and it shall be fine.

As per update on global SS from Ioanna she got passport back in 3 days with stamped visa...

@Nargit when r u planning to submit the passport? and as you are in Armenia where are you suppose to submit it?
