Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this forum

I got my AOR from Warsaw, Poland.

App. Recd. 6th Oct, 2014
PER - 15 Jan 2015
AOR - 26th Feb 2015
VO - NDVO (but now it is Warsaw, Poland)
NOC - 0112

I have updated my details in October global spreadsheet. But can't seem to edit the information. Any ideas how can i do that?

Hi friends, i want to send my PCC to Canadian embassy in Warsaw. Can i use DHL or they accept only EMS (registered mail). Their website says "registered mail". Thanks a lot in advance.

My app is transfered to Warsaw office ..mentioned vo in form was NDVO .. Let's hope for the faster processing ...!! Still waiting for AOR from Warsaw . came to know by calling CIC that file been received at Warsaw on 6th mar 2015.

Today i called cic regarding status of app n came to know that file is t Warsaw ...

Please read your AOR mail , there it has been clearly written that donot sned additional documents unless requested.

So my suggestion would be wait for their PCC request.

I t will take roughly 70-80 days after AOR.

Send docs to Embassies by VFS only as it is the most secure path

My application date is oct 6 and I have received PER on January 14 and my visa office was NDVO. I have raised a case specific Enquiry on december 20 to cic and received a mail from them last week that my file is transfered to warsaw VO . But till now I havent received AOR from warsaw yet. Is this something i should worry about.
Can i raise a case specific enquiry to warsaw visa office. Could any one please share enquiry email address of warsaw

Hi RPaul,

Few of the applicant around our timeline has faced this issue. Its like files were sent to NDVO and sent to WVO later on so wait for some time... Raising an CSE adds delay as per VO guideline give it 10-15 more days....

Aor - Still not received


Exactly same profile like u with no change n called CIC they said file being transfered to Warsaw n no AOR from there still ....
