I was banned again from posting and replying here sa forum kya now lng nka pag post ulit. I suppose maraming na banned also coz very quite ang forum these past days. If Hindi na banned mag post na tayo so we can update each other.

It seems bumagal nanaman issue ng visa si cem, based sa mga pm na rcv ko.

Sa mga waiting for visa/passport ilan days na kayo nag wait? Bumagal ba ang visa issuing ng cem? Prang ang daming nag send ng PP and waiting for visa… no movement ba?

Thru LBC, sending to VO and the prepaid arrangements for the passports to be sent back to me via LBC is less than php400. I have sent 3 PPs. VFO charges 500/PP.

Through LBC paid 290 for 4 passports declared value is 2000, LBC charge insurance.

Halos pareho timeline natin ah, sana agad bumalik mga passport naten para maayos na PDOS. may clue ka ba kung everyday may available slots ang PDOS o medyo waiting?

Ano nga pala mga reasons fot hetting banned? i was banned too and i have no idea why.

Do not worry about the BAN . Those are works of these foolish sites' crackers. It happens to all of us.

Hello Poiuyt, I knew about Decision Made from my ECAS status. This is about 4 weeks I am still waiting for passport return.

Sending it through snail mail is too risky especially that we are given usually only 30 days to comply. Baka courier ibig nyang sabihin. Pero much convenient if email lang as a pdf file especially that it's only a 3-page document. I sent mine through email without any issue.
There are softwares na pwedeng makaconvert ng jpeg file to pdf like Adobe Photoshop etc. Or you can print your jpeg file and scan it to pdf format.

Yay, thanks! Sent the email last night and I'm back to waiting... Yea, I used photoshop to conver it to pdf... My concern was how to make a single pdf file out of multiple images... Kasi I had to scan my dad's TOR,m and compile it in one single file/ document... Anyway, sent the first page lanh kung saan they could find all details na na kelangan nila.. Thanks!!!

follow VO instructions, in my case i sent via lbc our nbi then the rest via e-mail. laging instructions ng VO ang masusunod.

when you scan using the program for your printer/scanner, there is an option to scan as ... then there should be a drop down box for jpeg, png, PDF .. you can google it too for printer-brand specific instructions

I sent our passport thru LBC last Oct 8 and it was received at MVO on Oct 9. Today, when I checked my ECAS, it shows DM. I enclosed a prepaid LBC pouch for the return of the passports with the visa (hopefully) but the tracking # is not registered yet on the LBC track and trace. Does anyone knows how long it usually takes for the passports to be returned after DM ? Thanks in advance sa mga replies.

My ECAS shows DM as checked today - 12 days from passport was received by MVO.
Bakit ang tagal di pa binabalik ng MVO ?
I think it is fine to send a CSE at this time.

There was no instruction for prepaid courier. I even re-read it now. The prepaid instruction is for those sending passport through Ottawa/already in Canada.

Or I could be wrong. Am I the only one did not include prepaid courier? Now I'm worried...

Hi sparkfire, I sent my passports from Japan and I did not include any prepaid courier or self addressed envelope. In the e-mail from MVO, nothing was mentioned about prepaid courier or any other methods. They simply mentioned that
Your passport(s) with immigrant visa(s), Confirmation of Permanent Residence Form(s), and your original documents will be returned to you by VAC or courier (based on the way it was received).

Hope they will return our passports with visa stamped on it.

Ang bilis nung sayo, ung sakin sent Sept 30, Received Oct 2. Pero until now wala padin kaming DM. May instructions ba sayo na you need to include prepaid LBC pouch? ung sa amin wala e. Based sa timeline ng iba it takes around 3-5days naibabalik na ung PP after DM.

Hindi nga yun instruction ng VO, hehe. nag ask ako sa lbc kung ano ginagawa nila sa mga nagpapadala ng passport and sabi nila pina-prepay kasi daw sino gagastos sa VO para mabalik sayo ang passport. Ang babayran mo is para mapadala lang. Naisip ko nun oo nga naman so kinuha ko na. Could be unnecessary pero dun ako napanatag.
