Mine is also the free version, pero I don't know how I did it pero walang watermarks. You can try to "tapal" yung watermarks nya -
1. Go to "Comment" tab, then select "Textbox."
2. Click & drag the mouse to the appropriate size para matapalan yung water mark.
3. The textbox comes with a red border. Para mawala red border, right click the text box, then select "Properties."
4. Set border color to white.

Hope this helps. If all else fails, I read a while back na pwede rin daw hardwritten, basta legible.

In addition to that, pwede mong i convert from pdf to word....

Hi k0lut,

Walang medications kasi lahat normal ang mga results ng tests at ultrasound ko. I just drank more than 8 glasses (2.5 liters) of water daily plus super fresh, unsweetened buko juice. I drink 1 glass of fresh lemon juice upon waking up also. At dasal...

Yung wbc is the pus cells - pag madami uti sya.

So ask your doctor pano ma resolve yung simple renal cortical cyst. Mataas ba from the normal yung count?

Ako din, I was alarmed before pero sabi ng doctor that there's nothing to worry about kasi super low ng count naman. and it's normal for girls nga kasi super sensitive tayo sa area na yan.

Pero sobrang proactive nga ako, pinapunta ako ng company doctor namin sa urologist na ang daming pinagawang test (7 blood/urine tests + kidney, liver & pelvic ultrasound) sa akin para malaman nya anong cause at mabigyan nya ako ng clearance. I think it went to normal count on my repeat urinalysis in St. Lukes. Kaya i didn't give the medical clearance anymore. I kept on doing urinalysis sa office, kasi may lab kami sa wellness namin eh. So, i know if it's going down na. By the time na wala na/normal na, saka ako bumalik and it was my sked talaga to come back since i have the urologist's clearance already anyway.

Paano nila sinasabi na may additional tests? and how long from the date of the medical exam will they tell you na meron kang need na additional test that needs to be done?

Guys, we just got our passport request! We're very happy but hindi namin na anticipate na valid hanggang October 31, 2015 lang ung visa.

Question - Meron ba sa inyo na nagpaextend ng validity ng visa? We have been planning to land between Jan to Feb 2016 kasi hindi dami pa naming aasikasuhin sa Pinas. Not sure kung negotiable ung visa validity.

If i'm not mistaken po.. You had done your medicals last October 2014? Validity of the Visa is usually 1year from the date of the Medicals completed. I am just wondering why tumagal ang PPR in your case? If you don't mind me asking?

Ang validity ng Visa po ay usually di na na eextend unless nlng po kung meron talagang reason for such. Naka lagay po itong note na to sa PPR email i believe. Since most po tayo ganyan din ang plan, to maximize din ang ang landing if possible para mkapag handa pa whatever needs to be done before the final take off..

But in this case, di ko sure they will allow you of the extension. You can try to ask them through email highlighting any reason you may think na ma consider nila.

For those preparing to land within the year, are we required to show vaccination records for adults? And if we cant show records (example: no written records exist), does this mean we have to be vaccinated before we leave to be able to show records of vaccination?

Alam nyo ba official courier ng CEM kpg maga issue na ng visa at return passport? Anu usually ang courier na pinapadalahan nila? Tnx

If you submitted through the VAC Option, To-Go ang courier pagbalik ng Visa.

Hello jinjin, same NOC tayo and May applicant din ako. I also delivered my baby last January kaya napending din ang medical namin which we have just completed in March. Ang visa validity nung s amin is Dec 10, 2015 pero dahil maeexpire n ang passport ni hubby by March 2016, mashoshorten ung validity ng visa to September 2015 kaya August ang target landing namin.

Hi lloyrine, sure na Oct 2015 ung validity ng visa namin kasi that was the time my husband completed his medical. I did my medical exam too last Oct 2014 but delayed the Xray because I was pregnant. Ang validity ng CEM is ung when ako nag medical and not when I fully completed the Xray (last April 2015).
