Please ask your consultant first how on the earth did CIC come to know about a representative that you have one when in fact you didn't send a form for your representative. Baka may alam silang hindi mo alam. At dapat sila ang sumagot nyan with your knowledge and consent. Ikaw naman kasi ang pipirma sa letter.

Hi radtech23 and queenangel, makiki comment lang. DIY din ako and kasama sa required documents ang use of a representative form. Ang ginawa ko, nilagyan ko lang ng Not Applicable yung mga fields ng form at gumawa ako ng cover letter inexplain na wala akong representative at walang balak na mag engage ng kanilang services.

Baka kasama talaga siya sa mga required docs for DIY applicants. Sana may maka pag confirm neto pero mas mabuti din to ask your consultant.

You said you were worried kasi wala ka pang update and it's going to the 30th day tomorrow. So if you are confident enough, nothing to worry about and trust everything is ok.

The call will only confirm that indeed the medicals were received before the due date. Or you can send email na lang to MVO attaching your docs of MR done & RPRF saying that you want to make sure that they received the me results & RPRF on time since you haven't seen the update nearing 30th day deadline. Whatever, it's your call.

Kelangan ba talaga ako tumawag or just wait nlng nways sabi naman kc nila sa email dati sa MR na med exam at rprf must be submitted and done within 30 days. So ok naman yung med ko done may 6 at i paid rprf thru cc last may 11 nmn

I would like to send my valid PCC to CEM and DHL asked me the name of the receiver from CEM. May I ask what should I say to DHL or who is the receiver I can write in the DHL form.

Thanks for the advise. Nag email na ko sa agent ko and i asked her kung pano nalaman ng CEM na may representative ako kasi di pa siya nasagot. I will post her answer here as soon as she responds.

just received an email from CEM and they are asking for an explanation letter about my POF and a use of representative form. I don't know pano nila nalaman that i used a representative kasi nung time na nag file ako ng application ko that was the time na nagkakagulo ang CiC(consultancy) sa nasuspend nilang representative kaya nag suggest yung agent ko na wag ng i-declare na may representative ako. Has anyone experienced this? Thanks.

Hi radtech, we have the same consultant I guess - go2canada. I filed july 28, 2014. wala naman kami issue with representative that time.

Wala pko narereceive na 3rd line ecas. Im worried kc last may 14 pa daw nasend ng st lukes sa cem. Til may 20 lng po kc binigay sakin ng cem magsubmit payment for rprf at medical exam. Nakabayd nko at nakapamedical nko last may 6 ok lng na ba yun bka kc dpa nila narereceive yung medicL repot ko eh last day na tom ng binigay na time sakin ng cem. Thank u

Hi inwantcanada, indont know kung tama interpretation ko. When I got my mr.. The letter said..

"You should make arrangements to undergo the required medical examinations within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter."

So its clear for me na dapat nagpamedical na ako within 30 days. Kumpng malate man delivery ng results, nakapag undergo ka na naman na ng medical. we submitted receipts muna from st lukes as proof we undergo medical na

The MR I received just stated CEM details without any specific name of a person. DHL does not want to accept if there is no name in the receiver. What is the name do you think I should give them?

DIY din po ako.. Di naman kami hiningian ng any requirement or form about sa use of representative.

Nung nag submit ako ng application, Wla akong sinubmit na use of representative form na Kahit nakalagay na N/A.

I did not receive this kind of email but they also follow-up me to send the SG PCC. That time, I informed MVO that our medical results were already sent by the clinic and they replied to me that they are still waiting for our SG PCC...eh nasend ko na rn and received by Beronia as well...So we did the same, I replied to them and attached the DHL delivery confirmation. Nde rn ngreply saken...ngfollow-up dn ako asking f nrcv nila but I never received any reply...so I just assumed na ok na kc I think kung meron pa cla kelangan from us they will email again...
