Good Day!

Hoping for someone who can help me.

Submitted all application forms and documents thru mail last November 2014 to Sydney NS. I applied for Federal Skilled Worker program.

How long should I wait to receive feedback from them if my application goes well or not?
Haven't got any updates and can't even check online the status of my application.

I'm staying positive and hoping to migrate to Canada with my family the soonest

hello po, anyone who's staying in SG but application handled by CEM?
Just want to check if VFS SG accepts passport transmission service to Manila... I enquired via email, they replied with this,
"The visa application center in Singapore accepts passport transmission for online applicant applied for a Temporary Resident Visa"

Temporary resident visa lang po b ung iissue?

NOC 3012 reached cap. I think NOC 3012 apps received by CIO up to Sep 4, 2014 are safe.
CIO sent out PER/NER to apps received around Nov 22, around mid-Jan.
If you did not receive a PER or NER, you can email CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca on the status of your application.

Finally!!! I have very good news today!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

When my husband said, " Here, look at the email. We have something here." I knew it was the one I am eagerly waiting for. There is a request for Police clearance (NBI) for all of us. No MR yet. But I am good, so happy and grateful with it coz I know that there's something happening already with the application.

Although, this request is not usual kasi PCC muna. Wala pang MR & RPRF yet. Parang installment. Kasi kaya siguro natatagalan kasi sa background checks sa amin. Kahina-hinala siguro. Hahaha. I will submit 2 certificates - 1 for the one in my name in mypassport & 1 from my name in the birth certif kasi pina iba ko yung name ko. I dropped my 1st name coz all my official docs are in this name.

In this check, we haven't fully satisfied the security aspect. Kaya ito muna, then I hope the requests for Medical Exams & RPRF come asap.

On my eCas, it shows that they received my application July 24, 2014.

I received my PER on Nov 17 2014.

But up until now, I still don't have my MR.

It's bee more than 5 months..

Anyone who experienced or is still in this situation??

Thank you kaeleemom.. I've checked the blog and the writer's case is the same as those applicants here in SG but PPR indicates to submit PP to SGVO. I've checked my PPR and the instruction is to submit to CEM.
I've also checked with VFS SG and I was advised to request to CEM via email to allow me to submit the PP at SGVO instead. Kaso lng I'm thinking kc baka magtagal p ng ilang weeks bago sumagot ang CEM so I've decided nlng to use a representative in sending the PP to VFS Phils... Again thanks for the input God bless
