FYI, for those who are doing their medicals in Singapore, I've called Fullerton Healthcare to confirm their pricing, its:
$260 for adults
$150 for kids below 15years old.
Price is before GST.
Not sure if there will be any additional cost, since I haven't had my medicals done yet.

Congratulations sa lahat ng naka received ng good news Nakakatuwa talaga! God is so good! And for those who are still waiting, I wish you all the luck! Keep the faith! Positive / good vibes always, whatever the outcome is...

As for our application, we finally made it to our medical test today at IOM Makati after receiving our request last Feb 12. We arrived at IOM around 7:30AM and completed everything by 10:00AM. It was quite fast because we were #2 (for Canada) in the line. We were asked to take additional tests (Creatinine & Blood Sugar tests) then for our physical check-up with the doctor, we were given Specialist Referral forms due to slightly elevated BP - 130/90 (for me) and hypertension & diabetes mellitus history (for hubby). We were required to comply within 7 days/next Tuesday.

Thankfully, X-RAY result is fine (thanked God, we didn't have to do sputum, etc). The Receptionist gave me a calling card/piece of paper for their contact info and advised me to follow up after 21 days. Only then I informed the Receptionist that we got Specialist Referral forms. The receptionist just acknowledged it - his response got me into thinking this: would this additional Specialist consultation possibly delay our medical results or no impact at all? Please share especially sa may ganitong same experiences Although mag co-comply talaga kami before the 7th day pero siyempre saying din ang 7 days sa waiting time ng PPR Excited lang masyado!

As for our additional requirements, Personal History Record & RPRF OR (sent 17th Feb), NBI (received today, 3rd Mar by Embassy via LBC) - completed na namin lahat.

Congratz sa mga nakatangap ng mga MR, PPR, DM atbp...

Ask ko lang po sana lalo na sa mga forum mates natin na mga nurses if ang scoliosis ba can have an impact sa application natin? The doctor commented on my daughter's CXR that she has "Dorsal Scoliosis with Convexity to the Right". Actually we didn't notice that my daughter has it since it's really not obvious and can hardly tell by just looking at her body.

Anyway, any thoughts po jan? Thank you!

Bro, as stated below are causes of inadmissibility to canada. I believed no need to worry on your situation. Hope this helps, i'm not a nurse though..

Though medical examinations are generally confined to a standard physical exam including blood and urine tests and x-rays, prior medical records as well as the applicants' mental state are examined.

Applicants may be denied a Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa solely on medical grounds, if:
Their condition would endanger the health or safety of the Canadian population at large; or
Their admission might cause excessive demand on existing social or health services provided by the government. *

When determining whether any person is inadmissible on medical grounds, the medical officer is obliged to consider the nature, severity or probable duration of any health impairment from which the person is suffering as well as other factors, such as:
Danger of contagion;
Unpredictable or unusual behaviour that may create a danger to public safety; and
The supply of social or health services that the person may require in Canada and whether the use of such services will deprive Canadian nationals of these services.

Mga seniors magtatanong lang po ako ng mga susunod na tamang steps.. buntis kasi misis ko, 5 months as of now, kung CEM ipapadala ang application ko (CEM nilagay ko sa application ko eh),based sa daloy ng mga MR, I am hoping na dumating ang pagkapanganak niya, pero if dumating ang MR on her 8th or 9th month of pregnancy, ano pong magandang gawin? Papaano po mag-add ng members kasi gusto kong isama ang baby namin sa application ko, need pa po bang magsend ng bagong proof of fund for the 3 of us and kailangan din bang ma medical si baby?

Also, na-terminate ako sa work and last day of work ko is March.25,2015.. need ko bang i-inform ang visa office of such changes such as mailing address at wala na ako sa company ko?

Ask ko lng sa mga nagpamedical sa Singapore (Fullerton), diba nakareceive tau IMM1017 tapos parang meron cla mga checkbox dun.
Tapos n kmi medical pero ndi naman nila ginalaw ang IMM1017 tiningnan lng nila. Tsaka ndi na din kelangan ng photo ok na daw.

ndi na ba natin isusubmit ang IMM1017 since ndi naman ginalaw sa yun sa medical, maybe because online clinic ang Fullerton?Anybody have the same experience?

I know another pinoy principal from SG working cia but CEM cla nag process since start. Pero nung PPR na eh sabi ng CEM sa Singapore daw ang stamping lahat. So pinadala ng dependents nila nag passport nila sa Singapore for stamping. Ndi na cia nagtanung. You have to be a resident (pass or pr) if you can request that if ever, regarding urgent not sure about that , delay due to travel should be fine at least in SGVO a guy already did that, he got 2 weeks extension.

Hello, what if may PPR na and I have upcoming travels?
MVO kami but is it possible na sa Singapore VO nalang idirect yung passport and also request for an urgent return dahil sa business-related travels?

Our PPR was on Feb 07 2015
We sent our passports for stamping on Feb 09 2015 and was received by VO n feb 10 2015
Decision made was updated on the 4th line on Feb 17 2015.

How long does it usually take before we receive our passports? Until now kasi wala pa din passports namin e.

I also noticed this. Though I don't usually checked my ECAS, the last time I checked it, wala pa yung current address, only mailing address ang nakalagay sa ECAS, but now both na (I have different addresses for home and mailing as I'm working abroad).. Is this standard na ba for all ECAS? Nagbabakasakali lang na baka isa ito sa mga updates while your papers are in the VO already.

Hope some forumers can enlighten us..
