Meron na ba ditong nag pay ng Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) through Credit Card tapos email lang yun receipt at hindi na pina courier? Nag ok ba?

ako po nakigamit ng credit card, yun lang name nya ang nakalagay sa receipt then fill up my own details re address, DOB, UCI etc. then sent as attachment sa email.
naka indicate naman sa receipt and nabasa ko din sa ibang thread accepted naman kahit ibang name ang nasa receipt.

Just received email from CEM today requesting for supporting documents for settlement of funds. Any advise po sa mga nakapagpass na?

Gaano po katagal kayo nakareceive ng MR request after naemail ang supporting documents?

Kapit lang mga kaJune applicants na wala pa email from CEM...dadating den po ito in God's perfect time.

thanks JMFE. Ano po mga proof na nilagay nyo sa settlement of funds. ung samen kase is sale of asset...kaso nakapangalan sa parents ko ung asset pero kita sa name na ako ang ngbenta and meron power of attorney na permission from my parents na ako ang mgbenta.

not sure kase kung kelangan pa ni CEM letter na binigay saken ng parents ko ung property.

Get a notarized affidavit na binigay sayo yung benta sa lupa and you dont need to pay them. Your parents should declare that the money is a gift.

Attachment ko na pinasa: bank statements, ITRs payslips.
