well, to know about your application status you may send an email inquiry to CEM using this link:


once the application passed the completeness check sa CIO, it will be transferred to local VO. So try to check with CEM, they will tell you if in transit na ang documents mo, they will also provide you of your file number and UCI in case okay naman ang papers mo.

mabilis lang sila magreply so make sure to send an inquiry asap para magkaron kana rin ng peace of mind.

After 1 month and 2 days (calendar days) when CEM got my Passport (Nov 13, 2014).
24 days after DM.

Hi katthie batthie,

It should be one from the date of your medical.
In my case, Oct 23 medical ko but the visa validity is up until Oct 29, 2015.
So I assume they made it Oct 29 dahil yan ung date na nareceive ni CEM ung medical results ko. Not sure though.

FINALLY RECEIVED OUR PASSPORTS WITH COPR and ORIGINAL IELTS RESULT TODAY!!

Just want to share my timeline:
May 19, 2014: Application sent to CIO
May 23, 2014: Application received at CIO
September 08, 2014: DD Encashment
September 16, 2014: PER
October 15, 2014: MR and RPRF Received
October 20, 2014: Medical done at SLEC Global
October 25, 2014: Medical Results Received by CEM
October 31, 2014: PPR Received
November 12, 2014: Passports Received by CEM ( Delay due to passport renewal)
November 21, 2014: Decision Made (Luckily my birthday )

I'm an Oct 6 applicant NOC 3132 and I'm worried because I still didnt receive any CC charged yet and what happened was I lost the CC that I used in my application 2 weeks ago but I was able to send a letter and new payment form to CIO to update my payment mode but I only received an automated reply. You think that's causing the delay?

Hi Jen just have a look at the post below from one of the forumites from global, I think he has been in the same situation with you before..and he's now in the later stages of his application.

Some blunders in the application:
1.) Credit card lost. New credit card details sent.
2.) Visa office stated as VFS center Bangalore [an Application Processing Center] instead of New Delhi, India
3.) Have sent the Hospital Acknowledgement of Birth of my spouse instead of Birth Certificate. [Have found BC. Need to get it translated and sent as additional docs]
4.) Had a rejection of Tier 1 UK Visa in 2009. Forgot to mention it. Will send this info in the additional documents.
5.) Couriered the Application to PO Box instead of Dorchester street address meant for Couriers.

i believe you'll be receiving your PER soon as they said na naforward na ang papers mo sa local VO.. i got the same reply when i inquired the status of my app before... so congrats na kita in advance.. ;D

Madami use WES kasi mabilis at mura.. yun yun.
