Hi ppmom, thank you! pwede pla ganun pina-affidavit nyo pa po ba, or gave explanation or ipinasa nyo na lang po na ganun?

D na namin pina notarize kasi it was on official paper with letterhead from the company naman, tapos we attached the superior's company calling card na rin.

Technically 2 companies Lang ang work experience ng hubby ko, the one we were claiming NOC for, 9 years siya dun, yung isa, 7 months Lang sya, we just provided letter of reference written from his immediate superior, on official paper with letterhead also. Currently he is self employed, but instead of using self declared JD, we got letter of references from clients and former clients, ang laman ng sulat is yung mga projects na ginawa nya for them. (All on official paper with letterhead)

Yung passport ko kasi mag-expire by jult 2015,sa tingin nyo po need ko ng magparenew bago ko ipasa yung application bu september?

Sa mga nakapagtake na ng ielts exam..gano katagal yung result?

Dapt ung ibibigay ng accenture tatlo ung CoE, certificate of not issuance of detailed jd then photocopy of id who signed both letter.

ung passport ko po sinend ko kahit expiry nya October 2015. Kasi iniisip ko na paparenew ko nalang then send ko copy pag natransfer na yung papers ko..
IELTS ko took 10 days po for the result (yun ung naalala ko). Dito kasi ako nag take sa Qatar- British Council.

Pagkakatanda ko 13 days after the 3xam ang results ng ielts.

IELTS result can be viewed online 13 days po after the exam. Then add another 1-3 days delivery po or you may pick it up to get it asap .

I believe the signature is for CC only. Says there signature of cardholder.

Also it says on the form for DD enclose the cheque and complete section A. As for CC, must complete section A and section B which has the signature portion.

Kabayans help po, I am a single mother & I will include my son in my application, here are my questions:

Sa photos reqt for each member of the family, my son's and mine lang po ba ang need ko isubmit? Di po ksali ang photos ng parents & siblings ko, tama po ba?

Also, my son is using my surname & his father's name is not stated in his birth cert, do I still need to submit proof of full custody, im thinking kase na no need na since wla nman name ng father nya s BC, also the form Declaration of Nonaccompanying Parent.

Don po pala sa assets,liabilities ang settlement funds...what if magloan ako ng money sa bank, para macoomplete ko yung 100% settlement funds,pero hindi ko siya ilalagay sa liabilities,sa tingin nyo malalaman nila na may loan ka?nag-iinvestigate kaya sila?

If you have proof of full custody, why not send it nalang.... It doesn't hurt naman..
