Dami talagang IT dito... makakuha lang tlaga ng PER sasabihin ko na sa office namin na magpapalipat ako ng company branch sa Toronto or Vancouver. Nakakainip

Although... Sa pagkakaintindi ko, not bec na charge ang CC (or na-encash ang DD) ay may PER ka na di ba?
CIO will charge you as soon as they determine na complete ang requirements sa app kit at pwede na iprocess. Pwede pa rin maging negative ang assessment sa applicant ng VO kahit na-charge ka na nila di po ba?

Yup possible po yun. But at least being charged means you passed the first step hehe

kapag naencash ang DD mo or na-charge ka sa CC, most likely may PER ka na meaning you passed the first step (you met the required points, your experience is accurate against the NOC you're claiming for, etc.), but once your file is transferred to the VO (e.g. in Manila), they can deny your application depending on some circumstances
