Just a clarification. After mo makuha ECA. Ang isusubmit mo sa immigration ng Canada ay ECA report, original TOR at copy of diploma?

Colored photocopy lang po ng TOR at Diploma yung sinend ko. Nakalagay po sa Checklist na copies lang. Yung ECA Report 2 copies po yung ipapadala ni WES, 1 for your FSW application and the other one for your personal copy.

actually, ang the best thing naman for me is to be honest lang sa lahat ng papers na isusubmit mo... mahirap kasi na ma deny ka dahil sa misrepresentation or falsifying of docs...afaik, ban ka for 2 years if they found out na ginawa mo to.. im not saying ito yung case mo ha.. hehehe... basta be honest and wala ka proproblemahin.. goodluck ;D

hahaha thanks! nakakakaba naman ang 2 years ban! actually I'm not falsifying docs naman kasi di pa naman ako nag-start mag-work dun. I'm still working in the current company when I file my application. haha. Siguro di ko na lang muna inform ang CIC na may bagong work ako few weeks from date of filing. Kasi future date naman yun at di naman talaga covered pa ng work experience ko. And current/past experience naman hingi nila not future hehe

So sa future nalang ako magbigay ng reference letter pag required na talaga nila (hopefully wala na sila care sa work experiences ko in the future kasi naipasa ko naman na yung current/past work exp ko. hehe.

Ang main concern ko lang is "Is it required to inform CIC/Manila VO once you have already change jobs after filing your application?" kasi alam ko, they require that we inform them of any change in residential address or contact number, but how about work experience? Do I have to email them I have a new company?

Married Name po yung nilagay ko kasi may column nmn dun for Marital Status which you will indicate "Married" for your Mom.

May effect ba yung WES credential evaluation ko aside from lower FSW points? Ang Canadian equivalency kasi ng 5 years Bachelors degree ko ay Electronics and Communication Engineering Technology Diploma for 3 years lang. Ang nakalagay kasi sa employment requirement sa NOC Code ay bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering or in an appropriate related engineering discipline......

Bumagsak kaya ako dahil technican ang result ng WES ko wherein ang aaplayan ko ay electronics engineer?

Please help me, self application kasi ang gagawin ko walang agent. Salamat.

i wrote using pen the word present. Same sa econmic form i wrote present din.

As to educ assessment. Yan din isa sa uncertainies ko kaya i opted not to apply for finance manager although
some of my job descriptions sa current job ko pasok don. So nag 1111 accountant nalang ako. Saka mas mahaba ang exp ko sa accountant position. Pero then i also thought lower point lang ang ibibigay. Anyway, sa case ko may masteral ako at isa pang degree equiv to 23 points so im just hoping d magkaproblema. Prayers.

magkahiwalay ung assessment ng education sa work experience.. so if yung ginagawa mo ngayon is mas tugma sa job description ng 2133, then apply for 2133. unless otherwise..

according sa cic manual, hindi kailangan na related ung education mo sa noc code unless nasa regulated position ka like doctor, physician and nurses

Note: If a professional body has been designated in respect of the occupation identified by the
foreign national in their application as their primary occupation, the completed foreign diploma,
certificate or credential submitted by the foreign national must be relevant to that occupation.
The equivalency assessment will establish that the completed foreign diploma, certificate or
credential is equivalent to the completed Canadian educational credential required to practise
that occupation in at least one of the provinces in which the equivalency assessments issued by
that professional body are recognized. The equivalency assessment must be issued by the
designated professional body and must be less than five years old on the date on which the
application is made.
