Guys, ok lang kaya yun? I left UCI number blank pero i think meron na ko dahil nakakuha ako last december ng multiple visitor entry visa sa Canada. Pero di ko naman talaga alam.

same ang UCI # ko for my temporary visitor visa and my FSWP application, so I guess you can write it in your application, but for me dko sinulat kasi dko naman alam nung umpisa na magiging same sila

Question po uit. sa mga forms tulad ng "Background Declaration" under firstname, dalawa kasi yung boxes d2, dapat po ba dun sa second box ilalagay yung Middle name natin? meaning yung lsat name ng mother sa pagkadalaga? kasi sa passport natin Last name, First name, then Middle name.

Please help po.

Then yun national Identity document pede ba dun driver's license? thanks!

Leave UCI blank if you don't have one. They will assign your UCI when they receive your application.

driver's license is not a national identity. If you are living abroad, you should have your national identity document from your host country.

sa Fee payment form po, i'm paying thru Demand/Bank Draft.

so in Section B - credit card payment authorization of that form,
should i put N/A or just leave them blank on the fields: name of card holder, signature of cardholder, cad$ amount, and the DATE?

Put N/A instead of leaving them blank. This is the standard in filling up your application: write N/A if the question is not applicable to you.

In the western country they are not using their middle name
As the mothers maiden name..in my opinion write your last name
As your surname and your name and Midlename sa next box..

Question with regards to filling out pdf forms such as Schedule 3: economic classes, there are only 5 boxes for the main responsibilities for each occupation. Did you select only the 5 main roles?

Also, the box can't accommodate full sentences to be typed as with my job description. Did you just use phrases instead of full sentences?

What I have done to mine is just state the main responsibilitie and not every single

questions regarding proof of funds. as what i've read, bank statement for at least six months is necessary in the later stage. for example, for a family of 4 you are expected to have at least 21k plus in your account. what if your balance in some of the months there is less than the desired amount. will it affect your chances of getting a visa?

onga feeling ko nga isang buwan na ang nakalipas kasi parang ang dami ng nagsubmit ng application. wow konting kembot na lang at makakapagsubmit ka na good luck! ako ECA report pa... at mukhang 2 weeks or more pa bago matapos. wala pa ring update ang WES.

anyone here applying for NOC 3012 (Registered Nurses)? mukhang di na masyadong in demand ang NOC 3012.

Yup I selected main roles lang po. The full duties and responsibilities should appear in the reference letter I reckon.

I hate it when you can't fully type some words because the boxes wont accommodate them. Ayoko naman mag print baka di maintindihan sulat ko lol

Hmmmm I was actually thinking of this too. I think you don't need to send them in the initial application kasi di naman na-mention sa checklist.

Hopefully macomplete ko na by May11.
