hi in our experience my wife had a minor surgery din excision and biopsy ng breast mass pinabalik siya that time to secure a medical certificate sa doctor who performed the operation and naghahanap pa ng biopsy result kaso di na nabiopsy kasi same case benign, ginawa nia humingi ng certificate and kinabit no need for biopsy and attached calling card ng doctor hope i helped you!

ilang taon na nga pala ang breast mass excision ng wife mo? 1998 pa kasi ang sa akin at outpatient. Hindi ko na maalala ang name ng doctor.

Hello po manila_kbj, we receive the PPR today from our consultant. Sa kanila raw po naming ipadala yung passport. Pede po bang direct na lang naming ipadala sa embassy para di na rin kami biyahe sa Manila (MOA) kasi dun po area nila? Baka kasi may pababayaran uli sila e pede naman po naming Ipa courier(from Laguna po kasi kami). Kapag direct po ba naming pano pa kaya ibabalik ng embassy sa amin kapag nagdirect kami?

Hoping for your advise.

Direct mo na.. may form naman na kelangan mo i-fill out.. dun mo ilagay kung saang address mo gusto ipadala ng embassy ang passport with visa mo.

I assume taga davao ka po? baka gusto mo register sa CIIP para mag-conduct sila ng seminar d2 sa davao.. para di na tayo gumastos papuntang manila.. sa 1st week of June daw ang target nila na mag conduct ng CIIP dito, kung abot ang number of participants. Email ting Rodriguez at crodriguez@ciip-accc.ph .. Tell them na from Davao kayo.

nagtataka po ako napaka bagal po ng proseso ng aking application. based po sa nabasa ko mga nakasanau kong PER Oct last year eh nag pprogress ang kanilang application. What should i do? should i need to contact the embassy?

Pwede po pclarify further? It can't be that your application was sent in Sept and you got your PER as well as your second line in October. Sept applicants usually got their PER in December and January and mostly wala pang second line update kung under Manila Visa Office ka.

Totoo po d ko na maalala yung timeline ko, ang last email ko lng po is October 2, stating that my application was placed under processing. after that wala na po kasunod. No 2nd line ecas, MR request none at all. should i be worried that my application was lost in transit?

I see. raise ka na lang po ng enquiry sa CEM to confirm receipt of your application. indicate mo lang name mo, NOC, birth date, UCI and Application number. In my case, they replied after 3 days. email add po nila is MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Iammra, ayanami, LB rin ako. nice to meet you here. Mukha nga mabilis na si cem, til end march 2016 kmi pero mamaximize namin para matapos ng kids namin yung school year.

Yup, nag-fill up nko dun s link n nakita ko dito last time. Pero dko p maupdate forum profile ko kc pang-5th post ko p lng po eto. May 2014 ako and nadelay ung processing kc hindi ko kagad nacomplete medical ko due to pregnancy.
