Thx dear... You will get PPR email soon.

In my case, PPR email came first and later ECAS was updated as decision made..

Don't worry.. it varies upon the visa officer to update ECAS first or not....

Don't worry their are many floating in the same boat don't loose hope. Medicals expires after one year
