Hi there,
After long time I checked my application status anmd could find SLU dated 20th May 2015. Please suggest when I can get Medical request.
My time line is as under:
Application Date: 16Th Oct 14
PER: 19th Jan-15
AOR: 9th March 2015
Visa office : NDVO to Colombo

In normal processing time one can expect MR with three weeks of time after SLU.

But now CVO take more than usual time.So no one can predict...

You are right.. there is no precedence.. few are geeting MR befor SLU whereas few within 2~3 days of SLU.. Keepijng figner crossed

Yuppiieee....It's a PPR from CVO...!!! ;D ;D

Received mail at 3:50 PM...just 10 mins b4 today's closing time...!!!
Below is my detailed timeline...including time taken for adding newborn...

NOC - 0111
PER - 7th Jan, 2015
VO - NDVO transferred to CVO
AOR - 11th Feb, 2015
MR , PCC & RPRF - 23rd Mar, 2015

I kept Medicals on hold as my wife was pregnant & due date was 8th April, 2015...
MR, PCC & RPRF - submission deadline was 23rd Apr, 2015.

6th Apr, 2015 - Blessed with a baby boy..!!
17th Apr, 2015 - MR , PCC & RPRF done for me & spouse (As advised by the Doc to do it after 10 days of delivery)
18th Apr, 2015 - Couriered original PCC, RPRF receipt & eMedical acknowledgement (reached on - 20th Apr)
18th Apr, 2015 - Sent an email asking procedure to add newborn
21st Apr, 2015 - Received reply from CVO describing the process to be followed.
23rd Apr, 2015 - TLU
25th Apr, 2015 - Collected birth certificate
27th Apr, 2015 - Applied for a PP
8th Apr, 2015 - Received PP for newborn
12th May, 2015 - Sent docs for newborn to CVO
14th May, 2015 - Received medicals for newborn
16th May, 2015 - completed medicals for newborn
28th May, 2015 - PPR....

No News from Colombo VO after this.

March AOR candidates have been receiving MR pcc and RPRF since last week.
for you it's not late yet. Give it 2 more weeks. Patience is the key now.

Yeah seems like we dont have any other options...
So by the statistics I can say for the AORs on 7th of April from CVO, perhaps the MR will arrive around 7th of July..
In many cases from this forum I can see almost 90 days wait time from the time of AOR to MR... applies to CVO.

Anyone - Any idea WHYYYY are they taking SOOOOOO LONG ?????
