I got NER in Feb. waited for the documents as I made up my mind immdiately to file the application again. Sent an inquiry to CIC and received the reply that they would not send back the documents. After few days I got Bank Draft for the fees paid and NO DOCUMENTS. they informed that they keep the douments with them for their record after the eligibility review. They would send back the complete file if it fails at the completeness check.

Just a few questions:
i)How long did it take for the bank draft to arrive after the NER?
ii)Was your application delayed (longer processing time) before they sent you the NER?
Just looking at every possible scenarios here. Hate to get eventually checkmated by the CIO come June.

chapter 13- may assessment pa talaga after approval ng cio. they may do interviews, site visits and telephone checks randomly. and they will reassess the points again. if this is the case, sana hindi na final positive eligibility review pinadala nila. dapat partial eligibility review lang d ba?

congrats sis! wala pa rin sa akin, di ako kinabahan sa 2nd aor, walang laman naman yun eh, nanginginig ako sa time na mareceive ko na 2nd aor since jan na magsisimula yung judgment ng VO, 2 weeks na di mapakali, sana lang wala ng refusal from this day onwards, mafefeel mo talaga kung ano yung nafeel nila zakoy eh, ang hirap...
ano status mo sa ecas sis? CIO-elig complete pa rin? or rbvo na?
