FSW 2015 timelines

Hello All,
Initially I planned for FSW2014.Due to some circumstances looks like it may not be possible for FSW2014.

Does CIC will announce FSW2015? From CIC website notes it says " there are the last applications we receive before Express entry in January 2015"

Does this mean its last FSW program under CIC??

Yes , they are changing the system.
