on your time line what do you refer to with different dates of AOR and File transfer?

The File Transfer date is when SGVO has received my application (may be electronic). And AOR date is when they actually sent me an email acknowledging that.

This is the reply of my CSE:

"Your application was received in Singapore on Nov 17, 2014 and an Acknowledgement of Receipt email was sent to you on Dec 8, 2014 to ********@*****.com. Your application is currently in a queue awaiting initial review."

Bosses, today 4th line is added to my ECAS status but I have not got PPR yet. Is it normal for SGVO that they give DM before PPR?

Either DM or PPR comes first but both are normal from VO's working process.

I got AOR on Dec 14, being delay i sent ECAS on April 6,15 and got to know that SGVO sent me a mail on march, 2015 which I did not receive. then they request for my bank statment on may 8. in response to that mail I sent the bank statement which was received may 18. Now all on a suddent SGVO sent a mail today mentioning the following statement.

"You have not complied with our previous request for supporting documentation. Our first request was made on March 12, 2015. Failure to provide the requested items within 30 days of the date of this letter will result in the refusal of your application (see below email)"

I replied to them describing my situation that i did not got that mail. Now I am confused and little bit worried about my application. can you guys give some suggestion about the situation.

Hi Bro,

This is really unfortunate for you to get feedback from refusal of your application due to missed out your response in timely.

I think in this regards you can contact a immigration lawyer about this case. Lawyer can prepare a nice and concrete letter to make VO understand about your failure or missed to receive the additional documents request from VO.

In here we are not clear how you have sent your bank statement to VO. If you have followed their procedure I hope there shouldn't be any confusion from VO and they didn't send your refusal letter.

Anyway I hope without delay any moment for this case immediately you should response your case by consult through any lawyer..

I sent additional docs of my newborn + 150 CAD as DD. can you please share after how many days you got feedback/hard copy or email receipt of payment from SGVO ?

I sent CSE about additional docs too, which I sent via courier service, will they send me any email about receiving my additional docs?

No brother. I have sent few more CSEs after that. One for changing my mailing address, which they changed according but no acknowledgement. Then again sent two more CSEs, one just to know the status and 2nd one to find out whether my file is in SGVO or Manila.. NO REPLY

Didn't receive any additional documents req, no MR, not even 2nd line in ecas... Pray for me..

Don't worry, VO will add your baby with your application.
Usually SGVO doesn't notify any applicants for adding baby or docs.

You could see this reflect on MR/PPR.

How did you verify that your address is changed? through ECAS?
and in how many days you observed that change after your first request?

I have also informed my new address in December but it is not updated yet. thanks for your response.

I got Hard copy receipt from SGVO via courier mail after I sent my NBB addition documents to SGVO..I could not recall the exact day of getting the receipt from SGVO; but its not more than a week

I got Hard copy receipt from SGVO via courier mail after I sent my NBB addition documents to SGVO..I could not recall the exact day of getting the receipt from SGVO; but its not more than a week
