Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

Yes they can do medicals from pakistan and u from kuwait no problem. Visa office will be london in ur case but for visa stamping either u need to send all passports to islamabad or abudhabi or kuwait.

Should I send the LVO revised Background form of My spouse along with the details of my brother in law which I missed earlier.

You just got the PEr wait until 1-2 weeks so that it gets transfered to LVO and the forward it through CSE with cover letter explaining the error and why it happened

Happy to update you all that I received my PER mail through my consultant today, Although PER letter is dated 29th Jan but the email sent by them is on 30th Jan.

Am repeating my timeline

NOC-0113
Application dated- 3rd Nov
CC charged- 5th Jan
PER -30th Jan.

Request Admin to update my timeline.. Thanks you and I hope within coming days all Nov applicants would get their per emails. !!

I am Nov 07 applicant ,and today (Jan 30th) I received an email from CIC ,,,I m not sure if its my PER or not ?
its something like :

30 January 2015

UCI: 92xxxxx
*92xxxxx*

Application: E0xxxxxxxx
*E0xxxxxxxx*

just checked the spreadsheet and it seems the last applicants have received PER are Nov03 applicants ,is not that weird since I m NOV 07???
if the answer is "yes its PER" someone plz guide me ,where can i update my SS record?
