I just received my COPR in the mail
For everyone waiting for e-mails on this late May and early June DM batch. If you're from a visa exempt country maybe you don't even have to expect an e-mail, just wait for the nice printed letter in your mailbox

I have sent them an email by addressing it to my case officer and mentioning its urgent. I have also said that at least 6 people have not received it. Let's see if he/she comes back with an answer.

I can confirm that I also was one of the applicants who did not receive the e-mail sent out on the 27th! I asked if it's possible to let technical support know that a few people have had the same issue but she said that she can only ask them to resend the e-mail only to me

I wonder why each time I call, they say we are bo longer allowed to access files if it is within 18 months!!

Different agents have different levels of access and intent. Some with access don't want to help or answer to specific questions. Some are just too helpful and share all the information.

We all 5-6 applicants have the same problem. Even if one gets to the root of it, we all can know what's happening.
