Yes dear,
I explained it b4 here
First u need to reply to CPC-Ottawa requesting visa stamp in Cairo
Then print RFV mail, sent mail to CPC-Ottawa & automatic reply u got after sending email
Two photo of each person + table includes height & eye color
Call DHL they will pick your passport and deliver it to Canadian embassy in cairo
U can get the address & telephone no. From the website or keep it to DHL they will take care of the rest"
Finally inshallah within 10 days u will get ur passport back with most awaited visa

Mine too they didn't request photos nor the table
But to be on safe side I sent them and they use it
They used one photo for COPR and returned the other photo
Also they used the information listed in the table I noticed that
From my child details during process height changed and they
Mentioned the new height in the COPR
The photo size is 3.5*4.5
