You can take the appointment from Center for Migration Medicine (Subsidiary of Vijaya Diagnostics Center) through their email

Send an email to cmm @ migrationmedicine.com (without the spaces) with the below info

• Full Name :
• Date of Birth : (dd/mm/yyyy)
• UCI :
• IME
• Country : Canada
• Immigration Type : Permanent Residence
• Program : Federal Skilled Worker
  

Ask them to confirm the Medicals date for you on the email. They will let you know.

Also, contact GYD Diagnostics through phone ( 40-42414142/43/44/45) to check for available medical date

Note : You do not have to contact the Doctors directly. Contact the hospital and get your Medical test date confirmed.

Decision to issue travel document (visa) at VO is done by IPM. PPR is sent by the clerk who does the stamping. Allow a delay, so that your file reaches their desk and your RFV email is sent.

Could you pls explain more of this process if you know ..what does IPM stand for ... also I saw some applicants like July3applicant and others receiving PPR mails thrice ... so it does show that mail is auto generated or is it otherwise ..... since many of us are waiting for PPR after DM status ... it helps !!

IPM - Immigration Program Manager - station chief of CIC processing region (VO)
PPR is not auto-generated it's a SAP scheduled job, but it's triggered by a human.

then the people who got 3 mails for PPR seems the jobs triggered thrice ..

i guess then the next time they run the job .. all the DM's shld ideally be getting the PPR ... when they will run god alone knows .. since too many DMs in last one week

No need to panic. It will land soon. What I understand that PPR email is a batch process and they pool up all the DM candidates and ask the program to send it ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

not able to give u +1 .. time limitation of 168 hours ..

but on a serious note ... just wanted to know .. if the medicals are not ok .. do the rejection be sent immediately and status be updated to DM ...

also the documents we send after medicals .. the medical receipts , pcc etc if they need any more docs .. do they usually send a mail for additional documents until they are satisfied or as they mention in medicals do they go for rejection if it does not reach withing the time frame mentioned in medicals mail ( the reason i m asking is during courier transit in case something misses out for any one or some documents are tampered) .. do they let us know the VO that they havnt received something like tat before the actual DM update..

asking in general .. just wanted to know ...seriously thanks a lot ... just wanted to know these .. thanks
