Critical query-

If someone has Bachelor's degree and 2 years PG diploma then if i send PG diploma transcript to WES, How will they assess the app.

If they give ECA of 2 yeard PGD, will it automatically mean that my grad is also valid?
Or, will they ask for grad accreditation first??

if you talking wrt fsw, you need to get all your degree post 12th assessed by wes.

And you are totally right. I am Bucharest and our officers are same as yours...doing total jack.

Just picked up my passport from the Sao Paulo visa office.

I'M FINISHED!!!!!!

Started my application on Sept 3rd... in total, 161 days from start to finish.

I'm off to Toronto tomorrow to do the landing. Best of luck to everyone still waiting. See you in the great white north!

Guys i did my medicals from MAX Hospital on 03 Feb

It was emedical enabled

Today i got message from hospital that my medicals have been submitted to canadian embassy

No third line update till now

Hope everything is ok???

Really worried

When can i expect third line update??

Dear friend, dont get hassled.

NDVO is burdened with a huge backlog hence the more recent FSW applicant files are being transferred to Warsaw and Colombo(Scroll a few pages back to see other applicants confirm the same as your cases).
The intent here is that, they will share NDVO work load and hopefully you file processing will be much quicker.

So, now Poland Visa Office is you VO and you should be contacting them for all queries and not NDVO.

All the best with the process.

App received date 3rd July, PER 28th Oct, NDVO
No second line update and no MR/PCC yet.

Have given all conceivable documents notarized, including work experience letters in required format, educational creds etc.
If CIC is in doubt and wants any specific supporting document why doesn't it ask the applicant instead of keeping the person in the dark?

It pains to wait and it would have been so much better if the process was more transparent.
Instead of just showing an "in process" status, why doesn't CIC make GCMS notes available to applicants real time so that everyone is appraised of his/her application status at all times?

Why do they call it first come first served?
NDVO and CIC processes have left so much wanting..

Am losing my mind as so many of life and career decisions hinge on that thing called PR.
Just motivational words are not enough to pep oneself up.. especially after witnessing people who applied in 2013 for NDVO still waiting for MR.
Had not wanted anything else so desperately in life as the PR.

Please PM me to let me know what might be going on in the background my friends so that I can take any necessary action to speed up processing.
If not for the forum so many people would have felt let down by the whole application process.

Thanks for maintaining this beautiful forum.

I have been reading this forum for last month and got most of the doubt by just reading forum updates.

I am not able to update the timeline on my iPad, I will try tomorrow from my office desktop.

My timeline
App filed date: 1 October
Cc charged date:15 dec
PER : 12 jan
NOC: 2241
Visa office: nDVO

I have query

1, I have applied for nOC 2241 which I have 8 years exp but it is before 8 years , now I am working for noc 2244 for last 8 years. I want to know which noc will get verified noc 2241 or 2244,

2, how they will do physical verification if they have no access to the area which is restricted and need entry pass to go.

1. Your eligibility will be assessed against the NOC you chose as your primary NOC.

2. If they decide to do physical verification and find that they are unable to access the location they will probably contact the appropriate person to proceed.

That rule has not yet gone into effect.

Oh really? When will it go into effect?

For everyone yet to land as a PR, it will be in effect by the time they want to apply for citizenship, no?

Bro m same feeling like that... me too is in dark since 30 oct PER email...4th june was my file recieving date... so u can get urself calm by looking at me...
