It is a good think, currently there are too many applications in NDVO which is causing delay. So if your app is in Warsaw i think the chances are your process might be a bit faster.

I got my MR request and new born news, while sending them the receipt of MR, RPRF and PCC, i just mailed them another package along with, that had all the required docs for new born. POF is usually around $18~K CAD but just to suggest, keep a thousand or two towards the north. Hope that helps

I think that it should be a good news. Because CIC in these days is exercising "load-balancing technique" in order to expedite the process and exhaust the backlog so that they can fullfill their newly made committments with the advent of Express Entry.

Hi,

Your DD charged because CAP is still on.. Otherwise they will return your application.

Fees encashed after INITIAL review of your application by CIO, will look back to your application again and depend on the last review they will issue PER or NER.

After your final eligibility review is complete at CIO (if successful) you will receive confirmation of positive final eligibility review (PER).

After encash of fees most of CIO will issue PER in 30days, NER chances are very less at this stage.

So don't be worry, you will receive your PER soon !!!

Great !!! You seems to be first one from Sep 14 applicant or Jan 15 PER holder, who is reporting second line update. Sorry to say that it doesn't seems to be genuine. Did you receive AOR ? Because most NDVO Jan 15 PERs have received AOR from Warsaw VO.
If you have genuine entry, then MR/RPRF is soon waiting to be dropped in your mail box. All the best.

His Vo is NDVO, its strange that he didnt get mail from any other VO
