Someone please list out all medicals forms that need to be filled.

Hi,

Anybody here who's wife is pregnant and pursue medical? My wife is 1 month pregnant and we are still waiting for our MR maybe it will come this february. We are planning to give her birth in canada, my obstacle now is her medical if she's allowed or is there any protective procedure especially during her xray?

Please advise. Thanks

Per: sept 19th
med request: oct 24th
med done: nov 4th
3rd line - medicals received - 13th nov
pcc, rprf, med receipts sent - 18th nov
rprf dd en cahsed on 22nd nov

Not sure where I am stuck in getting the PPR. Any idea?

You don't need to fill any medical forms. Your doctor will take care of it.

Strange thing is that in the PER email they had not mentioned about the VO. In my application I had selected LVO.

I need your advice..it is regarding marriage.

1.I am engaged and have not thought of getting married now.I thought I would go tere, get settle and then come back for the same But after reading the forum comments, it is not appreciated as their are visa hurdles later on.

Pls advice me

1. I have received my medicals and yet to send the same,last date is 26/02/2015.

2.What will be the consequences I have to face later on.

3.If I get married now, how much delay I can anticipate for my file processing.

4.What is the probability of TRV if I get married later on

There is a shield that they provide for abdomen specially to perform x-ray for pregnant women, when i went for medical out of curiosity i asked all the queries in Bangalore fortis hospital they said they don't expose for long (as we all know) and moreover the intensity of the rays is very very low but still they do provide the cover or shield for abdomen area for pregnant ladies.

Check with doctors whether X-ray can be done on your wife get all suggestion from friends family specially any doctors in the family and take ur call on the issue after which you finish it upfront in the hospital and keep it available for the local Visa Office.

When i went for medicals they asked for the form which was sent by NDVO and then started the process and uploaded the results with reference to that cause once they enter the UCI they get the details and these available with all e-medical enabled hospitals.

You can drop an email to Visa Office at the same time get the medicals done in parallel and do ask the hospital to have the provision to upload the results once you get the MR request.

hope this helps and i would request any experienced forum member who has been through this kind situation to comment or provide feedback/suggestions .

FYI: The family sponsorship has the facility of doing the medicals well in advance and can send along with the application itself.

You don't need to fill any medical forms..ur IME1017 form already has all required details which you can print....You may need to take your Passport original + photo copy..so best get in touch with the Hospital where you intend to do ur Medicals to see wat docs they require.

I got email from CIC yesterday as below for query posted on November 28, 2014.

Good Afternoon:

Email was forwarded by CIO-Sydney dated 22 January 2015 to the email address provided.

Application has been transferred to the Visa Office New Delhi.

I have to make a CSE to correct spelling of my given name.

Shall I raise CSE to NDVO or CIC?

Seniors/Experts please advice.

I have a friend of mine who is going through the same and believe me it takes more than a year for the whole process.

You cant apply for sponsorship from india you need to go to canada and show the income into your bank account enough to support both of you in the country and then you apply for sponsorship which as per CIC takes 15 months.

if include her now ofcourse there is a delay but i cant comment on the same as i dont have any idea may be couple of months i guess depending on the local Visa Office speed.

I am sure you dont want to go the route where you go there get settled then come back and get married sponsor your wife, cause i learn the whole situation from a best friend who spent more than a year 1 year 2 months to be precise and now it has come to PPR stage.

In may i was planning to submit the docs for me alone cause getting marriage cert and stuff would take time and i wanted to make sure to be in the cap to start later i thought i will apply along with wife and believe that is the best way to get this done.
