Friends my FBI PCC is rejected( after wait of 3.5 months) due to poor quality of fingerprints Sad. I got it done from US Local Police Station thinking that might be the safest bet. Has anyone done fingerprinting in US if yes what is the best place to get it done?

Also what is the latest date that has received MR,PCC request, mine is July 16 application wondering if i have enough time in hand now Cry

Considering you are charged, looking at todays update, and the fact that you havent' got NER, seems possible.

Sheer luck. Some agents share it, others don't. These days they are a little more generous though. So you can try calling them on 1-613-944-4000 and if you're lucky you might just get the UCI. Use menu options 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 3, 1.

I know one guy in watapp group noc 2171 application date sep 17th got a mail that it didnt made it cap..
As per my knowledge if somebody get through this 161 no its should be between sep 2nd and sep 17th..
so please dont cancel ur app for 2172 let it reach

I also know about that person's post regarding 17th september. Without him, I didn't find any one saying any updates about that NOC. That's why I am confused about the reliability of that post :/....

It will remain unchanged. ECAS status will not change with PER.

I am an Indian National by birth, unfortunately I do not have my birth certificate with me, so alternately I have submitted Original copy of “AFFIDAVIT IN LIEU OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE”
The last page of my affidavit is mentioned as below
“I make this solemn declaration by virtue of the Statutory Declarations Act 1995 as amended and subject
to the penalties provided by that Act for the making of false statements in statutory declarations to be
true in every particular”

Hi dear, ssc is accepted as birth certificate if it has your full name, dob,parents name.....
But unsigned affidavit is not at all accepted..... You can resend a new duly signed affidavit along with cover letter with all your details( although its not sure they will accept it or not but theres is no harm trying)
