hi all, have a question.

i am planning to send my app for noc 2172 on monday 12/15. have all docs ready but the bank certificate is of oct end. will this be a problem?

i have earlier submitted app for 2171 on oct end and did not hear back from cic. may be 2171 app might be returned back due to cap. will cic be tracking my 2 applications 2171 and 2172 and cancelling 2172?

please advise. thanks in advance!

A LOT OF PEOPLE INCLUDING ME NEED SUPPORT AND PRAYERS.....ITS BEEN 121 DAYS SINCE PER MAIL, 81 DAYS SINCE SECOND LINE APPEARED, AND 41 DAYS SINCE I GOT REPLY FOR MY CSE THAT BGC IS GOING ON....

IN THIS SCENARIO, WILL WE BE ABLE TO LAND IN MAY/JUNE 2015....

Please some expert, clear my doubt.....this anxiety is killing me
My App receiving date is 25th Aug DD got encashed on 20th Nov, waiting for PER.

I sent my application with 2 Fixed Deposits receipts as the proof of my maintenance amount. That amount was transferred to my account and FDs were made just 15 days before the application. Is there any chances of rejection. The amount was given to me by my dad, I can show his latest salary slips and the transaction proofs if asked. But I am worried if they reject the application without even asking the source of income.

Really Releived Today and Happy Also. I was checking my email again and again. But then I gave up on Friday and yesterday thought of checking my Inbox and found the PER Email...

Thank you for all the help. I tried to make an entry in Spread sheet however couldn't because my system has some issues with Office. Request Seniors to update it.

I was worried and tensed that what will happen. I remember someone posted that at every stage we get tensed and worried. I believe now after some time I'll receive the MR then PCC if it has become old since I sent it with the application from Police Station but I've observed that CIC may not ask for this doc since it it already there, else will send it upon their request, plus RPRF and Passport Submission.

I've received the PER Email on December 12th 2014. Exactly on 110th day of my application received which was on August 25th 2014.

NOC: 2171 NDVO - CC
Application Sent Via DHL: August 20th 2014
Application Received: August 25th 2014
CC Charge: November 11th 2014
PER Received: December 12th 2014

Wait for a week more you'll get the PER Email. Since your's was a DD, so it may take around 7 to 10 days more. Don't worry.

I received my PER email on 16th Nov.
However, due to December holidays (Christmas & New Year), when do you expect I will get the MR request?
Note that my file is still not transferred from Sydney to London VO yet!

There does not seem to be much going on for this NOC.
