Hello Everyone!

I am new to this forum. Wandering, why I was not aware of this forum when I was struggling to file my case. Luckily, I got my PER in mid Sep. I am 27th May applicant for NOC 2171,Toronto. But till date, I did not receive any communication regarding Visa office or MR/PCC request.

Is there any delays with CPC-O?
Or Just I am the one in this boat.

Please advise!!!!!!

Thanks for reply, l was just trying to understand. If it is In Process, could it still be undetermined if it is eligible or not? I mean, no PER or NER for 5 weeks after CC charge is a lot.

Oh, I have no problems with that, only that minor mistakes in forms. I hope in worst case they will send me inquiry to fill another forms.

There is no automatic rejection at this stage. If something is not clear to them, they will give you time and opportunity to provide the information required.

If an applicant doesn't receive PER in two weeks, it means the file is examined by Program Support Officer. It can be either a random QA routine or some problem with the application that needs managerial review. As per my understanding, all "0xxx" NOCs are placed under such scrutiny.

Otherwise, you could have missed the email. That's why it's always beneficial sending a query to CIO at a later stage.

Is there any benefit of including the additional documents, such as I ma currently residing in a middle east country and i have civil id card issued from this country as an evidence of the residence in this country? similarly driving license of this country? is there any need for such doucments ? Although it is not requested in the document check list

yes, you must provide a translated copy of your residence card "Iqama" to prove your legal residence in that country.

Birth certificate is all you require and its not harmful to add your aadhar card too....so check that box please after adding these documents

It's too late to send addendum now. You can send updated information to the VO after PER.

It doesn't apply to you if:
1)you are neither married nor divorced:
2)there is no national identity document in your country (ie. in Russia we have a travel passport and a citizen passport, the latter being a national identity document)
