Which month currently CIC is charging ?

Today I am resending back my returned application with the additional documents as requested by CIO.

DO I need to send the copy of CIO letter along with the NEW APPLICATION DOCUMENTS that I had received from them when they sent back the application ?
Or Else there is no need to send that letter or its copy ?

I am expecting there will be no PPRs till second week of Jan 2015 as there are many holidays from 24 dec 2014 to 28th dec and 31st dec 2014 to 4 jan 2015. Hence we all must wait till 5th Jan 2015. unless otherwise NDVO wakes up

What about October 6 applicant cc charge? 1212 NOC!!!

I still didn't hear nor my cc is charged for my brothers app.

If all is fine with your application,you will receive the good news
on or before 15/12/2014.

Hi Parm,

I had also re-applied in Oct 2014 and I did include a xerox of the letter with my new application. There is no harm in doing the same as it would give a clear picture of your case (why app was returned etc.) to the officer checking your new app.

Seniors I need your urgent advice. I have been writing about my query for the last 2 days, but I'm unable to get appropriate response.

1. My application is submitted as non accompanying spouse.

2. My wife is pregnant and expecting in Mar-2015 (I have been informed by forumites that I don't need to inform LVO now, and as MR is received, doctor will inform the visa office and my case will be put on hold till complete medical is received)

Now important questions:

1.I need to change the status of my wife as accompanying. Should I inform visa office about the change in status as accompanying spouse now or later with MR? Change the status before MR

2. What should I write to visa office? What are the chances that visa office will accept the request to change the status as accompanyingFor sure they will accept the change in status

First raise CSE to local VO regarding the same they will guide you. don't wait till MR act now itself.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I want to update that I have received PER on 8th Dec 2014 and entry has been created in SS too

Though I have sent correct address, in my PER mail and ECAS status, there is mistake in Address (country name) so it needs to be corrected. I have to inform this to VO or CIC and how can I contact them? Waiting for your kind suggestion.

The quoter for NOC 4151 which am applying for was not reached this year and i can't apply because i scored 5.5 in writing in IELTS. since the quoter is not full this year.will the criteria change or would it continue with the quoter criteria until it's full?
