After having my May application rejected, I reapplied in sept and just got charged..im soo grateful...Thank God

Sept 12...now time to wait for PER and hope for favor for the rest of the process.

I am a silent reader of this Forum, however, posted 1 or 2 posts earlier .............

I jst wanna share it with everyone ..

Today I got my credit card charged with INR 63000, n m sooooooo happy, jst entered the office n m nt able to concentrait on ma work at all.

Application received date Sep 15 and NOC 1114. Can anyone suggest in wat time cn I expect the golden mail[PER].

I suppose CIC is really working fast.

I will update the SS in the evening, cannot acces the same from my office net.

I received a reply from CIC for an inquiry I made

in that, they have mentioned the application no..starting with alphabet and nine digits...

is that UCI #?

That sounds like a file number Did it start with E?

UCI is eight digit number

This was the third time i have filled for Permanent residence. 1st time got refused due to Cap was full last year, 2nd time WES was not original,

3rd time it is a success finally.

I must say that I was extremely worried due to the multiple doubts on my application.

My application was sent in Nova Scotia on November 15, 2014. I used DHL as the courier service agency. When I checked DHL website, it says that it was delivered on November 19, 2014 at 11:40 a.m. It also states "signed" but the name of the person who signed it was not stated. Did this happened to some of you who sent your documents through DHL? For those who sent your documents through DHL, how did you know the name of the person who received your documents?

I hope someone can answer me. Thank you very much!

Call DHL and ask them for the person name who signed it. They gave me Doug as the person who received my application

Friends Aug-11 applicant... no PER yet......CC charged on 16th Nov.....I cannot even see ECAS status...

My dear friend. Currently 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Aug applicants have reported PER. You may need to wait for another week (max 5 days to get PER). You will get it for sure

[size=20pt] GUYS IM BACK!! After weeks of depression because of my refusal letter 20 days ago, I am finally back. I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... Hope this helps..
