• Type of contract: full-time, infinite/unspecified-term contract (40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday)

• Key responsibilities and duties are as follows:
o Teach 5 (five) subjects in communication for undergraduate students:
In this role, he has to deliver lectures to students, chair classroom seminars and group discussions, prepare and evaluate course assignment, prepare laboratory assignment and conduct laboratory session, prepare final test questions and grading of students’ answers
o Supervise graduation research projects for undergraduate students:
In this role, he has to decide on the research theme and provide academic guidance for the undergraduate students during their research for graduation, as well as being a member of the examination board for grading of graduation researches.
o Serve as the academic adviser for students in one undergraduate class:
In this role, he has to give students guidance on academic matters, including study and researches, monitor the academic performance of students and provide consultation for students with troubles in learning.
o Supervise master course students on their researches for graduation thesis:
In this role, he has to advise the students on the theme and contents of their theses, and provides guidance to and supervises the students during their research and writing of the theses. So far 7 of his master students have graduated from the master course under his supervision.
o Participate in the assessment board to assess the research theme/ research plan of final theses
o Member of the examination committee to examine the final theses of master students.
o Member of the task force for the Faculty of Telecommunication I to revise and planning for curriculum in telecommunication education at XYZ UNIVERSITY.
o In 2014, he is currently co-authoring for a new textbook entitled “Ad-hoc Network”, under the order of XYZ UNIVERSITY.
o Conduct researches at XYZ UNIVERSITY’s request and represent the university at international and industry conferences, facilitate international cooperation in related researches and technical cooperation, namely:
In 2012-2013, he was a member of the research project entitled “ABC", funded by the National Major Research and Technology Program KC.01/11-15 of Ministry of Science and Technology.
In 2012, he was the principle researcher for a research project on “DEF”, funded by XYZ UNIVERSITY.
He has attended the ABC Forum 2012 “Borderless ICT Education and Research” held in Tokyo in June 2012 on behalf of XYZ UNIVERSITY.
Since 09/2013 till now, he is coordinating collaboration researches between XYZ UNIVERSITY and Waseda University/KDDI Foundation on M2M communications.
