I am seeing that July applications are being transferred to VO by CIO. Am i thinking correct that CIO do not look at what VO they are sending applications (except number of files are enough to send to VO for cost cutting in case of paper transfer). Then it depends on VO when they open that and send AOR. Correct?

PS: I mean till AOR applications should be processed according to time.

Friends who have send their medical and RPRF, i have one question?

Yesterday I had my medical exam. They told me that the medical will be send by them online within friday,that is tomorrow and one copy will be send to me on mail by next wednesday. . I also made bank draft of 53,400 for me and my spouse.
Now i want to know that do i also have to send the separe medical that i wii receive on mail within wednesday or shall i send my RPRF bank draft, along with bio page of passport and the request letter they have send to me??????

Do I need to send Original Transcript for degree certificate or the photocopy to CIC?

My WES report states Canadian equivalency : Master's degree

Education history is as below:
MSc in computer science 1 years (4rm UK equivalent to masters level)
Bachelors in commerce 3 yrs (4rm India equivalent to bachelors level)

Can i claim 23 points for education?

Well, you dont need to send original transcript, photocopy is ok as it is mentioned in document checklist as well in education section.

U can clain 23 points only if

Occupation related to the degree must be:

NOC 2011 Skill Level A, and
licensed by a provincial regulatory body.

by not claiming you mean not mentioning in the forms? I think it is mandatory to mention all the work/idle history with no gaps, even if you were idle/jobless in a specific period you gotta mention that as well. thats what I understand from the requirements mentioned in checklist explanation

Yap, its mandatory to report all jobs in last 10 years and I have mentioned all jobs accordingly.

That totally depends on how hot NOC is .....bt If u think U have a slightest of the chance of making in then go ahead. Do it .........

checklist clearly mentions only photocopies are required

Dear Fellow Members,

I got my medical tests done on 10 Nov 2014 but ECAS status does not show that my medical results have been received by CIC.

Should I contact London VO and ask the same.

Generally they do not send email in case of rejected application. Probably you may not know before return of application package by snail mail.

Got My MR, PPR request this morning... but one confusion... they asked me to submit IMM5669, 4 copy of PP size photo, PCC but DID NOT REQUEST ANY RPRF fee.. is that any error??? !!![/size]
