You can call but i think all they can provide you on call is your UCI number, you can give a try you never know your luck .. but sent them email right away..!

Need help from members as i applied in may 2014 and my file reached nova scotia on 2nd of june 2014 but due to mismatch in job responsibilities i got my file back on 11th nov 2014.
I am 2133 noc candidaye and request all 2133 candidates to kondly send the sample job responsibolity format on my personal mail ID.

appreciate your help on the matter as i want to apply again with the latest job responsibility letter.

I have a question:

My friend wants to remove her authorized Immigration representative as she long no longer requires her services.
Can this be done?
How can this be done?
Is this advisable?
Can the agent damage her in any way?

She is on PER stage right now and awaiting MR.

What do you all suggest?

He can send the updated Representative Form (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/representative.asp )

About damage, can't say much. If the relationship is not good and the representative knows misrepresentation made by applicant, then he may inform the VO/CIO. Other then this, no issue.

Finally received MR and RPRF request.
Still got few questions.
1. When I submit my application, I had only provided balance certificate as a proof of fund. Other forum members told that they will ask for balance certificate again during Mr request. But I wasnt ask to provide it. Although, shall I provide the new balance certificate or not ?
2. I have already provided original copy of PCC for Norway (as I lived there for more than six month). But, they are asking to provide it again. What shall I do ?

Please help me and would like to give a big THANX to everyone who supported us to reach to this stage of application. ;D

Congrats. Don't provide what they did not ask for. You need to get the PCC for Norway again.

After 100 days of received, dd or cc is charged.

After 14 days of cc or dd charging, per emails is sent. Before that no communication is made.

If an application is not OK before charging, they will send the package back through snail mail.

If an application is not OK after charging, they can either send the package back or keep the package forever and send email notification.

Dear Century, There are a few exceptions made this week by CIC.
I got CC charged in 74 days after application received- Aug 27/NOC 2171 and charged on Nov 10.
Should I expect PER within two weeks or they are going to send PER using FIFO(first in first out) approach as right now they are clearing July/early August applications. Kindly suggest.

Can someone please guide me on this?

A friend (She, husband and kid) of mine applied for NOC (2173). Their application reached CIC on 23rd June 2014.Their mode of payment was also
DD from Thomas cook and did it through an agent but still they have not received their PER.
Today she gave a call to her agent seeing that 2173 has capped. He said 4 application he sent is returned and he has not got an update about hers.
He also said that he will update the status of her application in 2 days (Which I don't know how he plans to do as CIC responds in 2 months and not in 2 days if I am not wrong).
He seemed to be fraud and I really doubt if he had applied on the first place. How can she get an update from CIC to see if they had actually received her file.
Also is there any way for her to reapply for any other NOC?

send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca to know the status. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package.

They will reply by approx. around 15-20 days. depending upon your query.

Hi Seniors,

My application received through consultant on sept 26 under NOC 0112. Does CIC informs by email at same time they consider the application incomplete or they send only hard copies? Kindly advise.

First comunication from cio is PER afterabout 100-120 days.

If the application is incomplete it is sent back to the communication address provided in the application.
