Cool. If I were you, i would approach IDP and request them to issue the another copy citing the same reason, sending another application. The best reason i would tell them is that both the copies have reached CIC and will take 2-3 months for acknowledgement and you can give them PODs. I think IDP is very lenient when compared to BC in issuing TRFs.

UPDATE: I just spoke to IDP (IELTS) customer care executive, the good news is that I can get a 3rd copy of the IELTS test report.

The Checklist form is updated to new October-2014 one
But I can't see this update using Chrome, Win7 .... I can only see it by my mobile phone.
What's the problem? is there a solution ?

I would say..A very nice confusion to have

My suggestion would be to keep Canada option open as well and do not let it go.
You must have invested time, money and effort in getting to this stage for Canada.
Get Australian PR visa stamped. Continue with Canda process till it completes. I dont think it would impact your Candaian application if you have Australia PR visa stamped.
I am sure you would have ample amount of time on hand till then to do your research as in which country is better for your job profile.

I know somewhat about life in Australia.
If weather is of any concern to you, then Australia is better option by all means, plus it is closer to India than Canada is.

Regarding job market, I think its decent for your field of work, still I would urge you to do thorough research.
Dig up contacts through your network of friends and colleagues to get contacts in both Canada and Australia and try to get as much info as possible.

If you still can't decide, then roll the desk globe, close your eyes and stop the globe with a finger, the point which is nearest to either of them, pick that ;D

if I were you, I would do Australian landing whilst keeping Canadian Immigration running.. Only you can decide which country best suits you once you get experience in both waters. My personal preference might had been Canada but again, "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush."!

I am going to send Demand Draft, My New Born Baby's Passport & Birth Certificate to SGVO tonight.

SGVO did not ask for any updated form like ( Generic Form, Family information)..Shall I send the updated Family Information form with my Child details or send only the required documents asked by SGVO?

Anyone who added his/her new born baby to the application can suggest what to do?

Hi guys. I'm new here. I have a question.

I have sent my application to CIC for a month now, and I have realized the work experience letter that I have provided might not contain all the required information. I think there is this possibility for my application to be rejected. And if I wait to get an answer from CIC, I will lose the time for sending another application. So my question is, can I send a whole new application to CIC now, including the added documents and information? And if I do so, what will happen if the first application gets accepted and then CIC finds the second one?

Start checking the same every 15 minutes they will probably understand your desperation and hand over your PR straight waiving the rest of the procedure off

Send a case specific enquiry to CIO & CIC.
When they reply they'll give you your UCI or Application # or both.
Also you have an option to cancel your representative. At this point i'm not sure how but i did see about that somewhere in this forum. May be others can help.

And moreover no consultant can do what you are being said.

Just cancel your representative and dont tell him anything. He'll be under the impression that he'll get the email upon medicals but then you'll have total control.

The only way he can harm your application is by calling CIC and giving them wrong info about you and can sabotage your application.

PLEASE PLEASE i need help from the SENIORS in this forum....i think i am in a lot of trouble...my ICCRC regulated immigration consultant just told me last night that he has received my PER Mail but when i asked him to send the PER mail, he first said that he wont send it and then when i was adamant he said that he will send the PER Mail but will erase the ECAS or UCI number from it!!! This sounds really strange to me.

Also he was behaving very rudely and told me that i am lucky to have received PER in the first place as my application was a very weak one. And said that he had to personally got to Canada to submit my application and there he convinced the people responsible there to accept my application. He said i had to beg them to overlook your experience issue!!! To let you all know he has made out an issue from my case for absolutely no reason. I have 11 months job experience + paid internship for 10 months in the same job in a Govt office. so in total i have 1 year and 9 months experience which was sufficient for me. But he says he had to beg them to consider my paid internship as legitimate experience!!!! Is that even possible. Can a consultant do that while submitting a clients application!!???

The point is can my consultant do whatever he is doing rite now. He says he will give me UCI number only after my medical request has arrived. Also he will take full payment before that. I was amazed at how rudely he was talking to me. At one point he even said that i will throw your application if you keep on asking me questions, just let me do whatever i am doing and dont ask questions.

Please help me i am almost having a heart attack....what should i do now...can i complain about him. If yes, WHERE?

And if i do lodge a complaint about him will he in any way be able to harm my application or immigration process

Please please please i ask all the senior members to help me out. I need your advises.

It's a very fishy situation I think. As far as I know, how can your consultant interact with CIC staff and convince them to accept your application ?? This seems to be a big lie to me. FSW applications are submitted through post only and not personally. The biggest point is that what problem he has in sharing UCI ??

You need to be very cautious and push him for giving UCI at least.
