Dear Shah2014,

Could explain the steps required to obtain Saudi PCC.Our company also requires PCC from new employees, the company issue a letter to the department requesting to provide PCC. I do not know much details about as I have never obtained one.

I wonder , will it be a good idea to get PCc through the company letter or through the embassy letter( throu regular process).Please let me know your valuable thoughts.

@ Candidates who have submitted Saudi PCC

Regarding PCC (specifically from KSA): I have got Saudi PCC and its translated copy (Arabic to English) along with translators stamp on original and translators certificate attested from Chamber of Commerce (Usual place in KSA to get such things attested). i.e. translation formalities have been completed (as i did for docs already accepted by CIC).

Do i need to get it (original or translation) attested from anywhere else, such Ministry of Foreign Affairs????

Not sure what's going on with CIC.......I am beginning to lose my patience now and thinking of applying again.....not sure if our files have been misplaced.....there are lot of people from June 2nd week who are still waiting for first step to get cleared.....I have mailed them as well but not expecting a quick answer.......really not sure if I should wait more or apply again under a different NOC.

Same here, I have sent two emails, submitted a request for GCMS notes and even made futile call the day before, after almost a 20 minute wait, the lady said they are not in a position to provide any information on the FSW applications and that CIC's response by email is the only option...Well...you are beginning to lose patience and I have lost mine already!! LOL. If anything comes by, well and good, but I have written it off at my end. Best of luck to you

Hi All

Anyone in cap 2173 has received PER. I had sent the application during May last week and as per the FedEx they have delivered it on 27th May 2014. till date no news at all. am getting bit worried. well.. to add more info..i had sent DD to them. is there a way to find out any with cic the status without having file/receipt number.. thanks for your help/suggestions in advance

Hii I am 28th May applicant.. Haven't heard from CIC till date .. Bank people got only one line answer " DD not en-cashed as yet" , Sent an email to CIC on 12th oct and now waiting patiently for there reply, one of the frnd here on fourm told me .. DD expires in 6 months, means ..21st Nov.. DD expired .. meanwhile making assumptions .. had there been any rejection, file should have reached back to me by now .. Dont know the destiny ..
Still Positive and keeping myself busy in my day to day work,.

You can show your UCI number and POD (proof of delivery) and tell them that CIO wants original IELTS, people on the forum generally got second copy of ielts, if they show pod and uci.

IDP will give you duplicate TRP. I have got it. walk down to IDP office, pay the fee (I forgot how much was thta, close to 1000 INR i believe). They will send it in 10-15 days. once you do this, keep calling their head office, where they issue the TRP. They will send it soon.

I did the same. they send within 2 days after my application reached at head office (Gurgaon)

My friends I am July 9 applicant....

I sent e-mails on 16 Aug 26 Aug and 19 sep and 19 oct giving my tracking number , additional documents , full details and asked about inclusion of additional information and status of my application....

I havn't got any reply for the emails i sent....

what could be the reason ....please suggest

Pankaj, the only possible reason according to me is that they dont respond to applicants if the standard 8-10 week time frame has not elapsed. By the way, I mailed CIC on 26th Sep, so I am within the 30 day ETA...So lets see if I get a response next week..

@3142: You know, I used to think that if it has been rejected I would have received it by now...but one of the forum members received his returned application on the 5th month of waiting...So that theory goes down the drain and it is still a waiting game!

Assets you can leave blank - its up to you to mention what assets you OWN like Jewelry/land/apartment/vehicle etc.
The settlement funds (7lac per head) are to be shown by the way of bank certificate on the letterhead or the fixed deposit memos also supported by bank letter acknowledging such deposit against your name would be good.
