Hello fellow members i recieved my PER on 27 august and i recieved medical request on 10 october contating a email with attached medical form..

and today my ecas status changed that we started processing your case on 10 october..
now im confused that why my status is not medical request sent?

Because there is no such status in ECAS called Medical Request Sent. Medical request is received through e-mail. Check below:

Application sent to CIO - Sydney, NS
↓
CC Charged / DD Encashed (Application can be refused after CC charge, chances of refusal are slim though)
↓
PER
↓
1st line on Ecas (We received your application for Permanent Residence on ....) (1st line on Ecas may also appear before PER)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS
↓
File transfer to Visa office
↓
AOR (Some Visa offices don't send AOR email)
↓
INTERVIEW (mostly waived)
↓
2nd line on Ecas (We started processing your application on ......)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS
↓
MR + RPRF + Additional documents request
↓
3rd Line on Ecas (Medical Results have been received)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS
↓
PPR
↓
4th line on Ecas (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision)
ECAS Status : DECISION MADE
↓
VISA

If i remember correctly you said additional documents of spouse (Work experience and Mark sheets) won't be a problem.
Today my CC got charged, hopefully it takes me to the PER also.

Is it okay to have decision made on ECase before the PPR ? Or that means that something went wrong hence the visa office has cancelled the application and that no visa is going to be issued.
Also elaborate if it could be different from VO to VO?
