Notarization is not required for English documents. So copy of notarize documents won't cause any problem.

my birth certificate and all other id documents are not in English, so I translated and notarized, but I submitted my translation and notarization copies instead of the original translation and notarization. as I can see in the checklist for those civil documents, only copies are required, but non-English or non-French documents need to be translated and notarized. so now I'm thinking, what's the objective of asking for notarization if the notarization original is not required?

I want to know that is it compulsory to specify the Company's profile in 2-3 lines on the experience letter ? If the employer is not ready to write it's company's introduction. So is it fine too ?

Secondly, A website of the company also must be specified on the letter head ? Since, the website is under construction ... As it is mentioned on the CIC website that a website must be included too.

After I had done medical examinations, I had a copy of Upfront Medical Report Client Biodata and summary - Only one for my Spouse.

Now I would like to know If I should attach this copy with PCC to CPC-Ottawa or send a photocopy?

Also, I would like to know if that is right to receive only Upfront Medical Report for my spouse - nothing for me as a principle applicant as Doctor told me : Hospital sent all report ( for me + spouse+ 2 childs) via emedical electronics service

You missed the 3rd paragraph of Document Checklist.

Suggest you to send those as additional documents:
1. Notarized Translation done by certified translator
2. Photocopy of original non-english documents notarized.

Sending process;

Step 1:
Write a cover letter explaining why missed earlier and what are being attatched. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier. Send the letter

Step 2:
After one week of your additional documents being received to CIO, send e-mail at cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca asking whether your additional documents have been added to the original application package. 490 for you and 490 for ur spouse.................. your child not need to pay anything ........ 8) so total is 980 C$D
