if you get PER you are already within the cap. The estimation dates are for applications received at CIO

For all HDFC CC guys one more point that i forgot to add was... As the transaction is a bigger volume and it happens suddenly (unlike the card owner's usage pattern) we would receive a call from the dedicated team that monitors such transactions. Incase we dont pick up the card would get blocked temporarily & the owner gets an SMS on his/her registered mobile number.

In that case dont panic & call them back that it was an expected transaction. Then the card would be unblocked...Hence fellas if your app. file date is around the corner make sure you have your mobile stitched to your ear until the CC charge happens 8) 8) All da best guys...

Note: I am quoting the customer care executive here..

i have sent my application under federal skilled worker as a software engineer from india under 2173 .

application got received on 23 june 2014, but i have not got any file number yet from cic ? :

Already sent enquiry forms and mails to CIC, but no reply.

please help me out .. if anyone who is late june applicant and has received a file number ???

How much more time can they take to process..?

1st and 2nd week of june applicants are being progressed. Please wait for couple of more weeks. You will get the response.

Me too June 5th DD applicant. Just checked the bank on 29 Sep 2014 and they said the DD is not encashed yet.

I got my Medical and RPRF request on 24 Sep, but I am currently on business travel out of India. Can I get my medical done out of India or should I do it in India after I go back which is after 2 weeks.

Also in the request below:-
In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:
######## - ANP1601:
Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination to be completed by you and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/11/08
RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/11/08


In the first requirement UCI Number-Name is mentioned. Is it some requirement that we need to send? Do I need to send something other than Medical and RPRF?

Please suggest what to do.

I got my Per on the 18th of September. I checking my ECAS and it is giving me this statment:
We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:etc...

When can one check the Ecas after receiving per? how much time does it take for them to update it ?

Ecas is updated once weekly at a random day [usually over the weekend or on Tuesday]. It might be possible that the system has not been updated with your information. Check your details after next possible update.

Hello friends

I have applied in sep 2010 but later in feb 2011 they have returned my DD mentioning that you have not provided sufficient evidence that you have a minimum of one year of full time,paid work experience in the occupation in the last 10 years. On that time i hv applied under 1122 category.

But this time i have applied under 0121 category and try to provide all the reference letters according to requirement and also have done some modifications in previous category 1122.Means added some job duties.

So now will that effect my current applocation and if they still do not calculate my 1122 exp than also i have 68 points....
