I am a May 20th applicant. Got the PER mail on September 8th. Should i go ahead and apply for PCC without waiting for the PCC request? My passport has my native state's address (Odisha) and I am currently living in Bangalore. How many days will PSK take to issue a PCC in such cases?

Also, what is the difference between the PCC issued by PSK and Police Station?

I have added my details in the SS.

PCC should be issued in 2-4 weeks in your case...

you can write it next to the printed English name with BLACK INK.. no need for extra pages or forms...

As per PalakPatel's analysis. There is no rejections till now.....

If someone hasn't got their PER means there are lot of chances that their applications were getting rejected right??

Mate firstly it is clearly mentioned that the University has to send it themselves and if you put it in one envelope it's obvious that you have done it. So preferably separate, but you can mail them together at the same time.

But IN DIFFERENT BAGS as per my opinion. Thats what i did.

As long as individual envelopes are sealed by univ and in proper state, there is no issue in putting both envelopes in a single large envelope.

They received my addendum application on 12th Aug I sent the mail on 13th and I received reply on 24th Sept...So roughly 30+10 days...

Hi all,

I applied for NOC 1123. Application reached 30th May 2014. DD en-cashed on 17th September 2014, PER received 24th September 2014. I would like to thank all the fellow forum members, for all the supports. Need help for updating the SS. Also I would like to ask 1 question. SVO is my visa office, any idea how long the complete process may take? I find they haven's started processing a single file of 2013 applicants yet.
