Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I have a query. I have submitted All required docs for NOC 2171 app date June 30th. However I was just reviewing my docs and found a couple of mistakes:-
1) In form 5406E (additional family info - spouse) I have given my mother in laws DOB incorrectly and it mismatches with another form ie:- 5669E (background declaration form)
2) In form 5669E my spouse's personal history I noticed there is a gap for 7 months in between where she was idle in between swithching jobs was not mentioned in the form.
Will the above mistakes cause a rejection. My mother in law is deceased though.

My app date being 30th June is there a way i can rectify my mistake?
Can someone please advice?

you can put photos and address label in small size envelope,
NO need to staple any form, Gud luck ;D ;D

I see in the spread sheet that already fees was deducted for some of the applicants whose application reached on May 28th. Also i see it went on to the next days also.
Do you think i still need to keep hopes on my application ??

Hi Jammy,

Did you call FBI center to inquire about the status of your application. Also,in case we are unable to submit the FBI clearance on time, won't visa office consider our request so that we could submit the same later.
I am really worried man because even I don't have any update on the same. My application was received on 27th Aug.

I hope we sail through this hurdle smoothly

If a certificate is not in English or French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation
prepared by an accredited translator.

Don't loose hope and stay positive... Although they have started processing applications from June, you are not out of the race.

First, can you please enter your data in the SS.

Second, what is your mode of payment. Check with the concern bank if there the payment has been encashed. As long as you dont hear anything from CIC, please keep your hope alive, you might hear good news anytime soon.

I am from India and have completed my education from Delhi University. I had recently applied for my 'Transcripts' from the Delhi University, but I have only applied by submitting my Mark-sheets and Syllabus. I did NOT apply for the Transcript of my 'Degree' as it was clearly mentioned on the WES website that the 'Transcripts' were needed for all Mark-sheets and Syllabus studied. It was also mentioned that the Attested Copy of the Final Degree is acceptable.

Now, the Query I have is for all of us here who have applied in this manner and have succeeded? Would it work if I get an attested copy of my Degree and attach it with the Transcripts along with a covering letter?

Please suggest.

I had recently sent my copies from DU, but I applied for transcripts with 4 extra copies. I had also applied for attested copies of my marksheets, but sent one set of duplicate transcripts to WES and they accepted. I found duplicate transcripts as safer,better and cheaper (1400/-) than attested copies (2000/- for 4 sem marksheets)

Yes definitely..Specially if mode of payment is DD, you should wait upto another 10 days time.

Guys I need your advise on one of my job experience's. Consultant says one of my job experience's NOC code 6211 is ineligible for even points under past 10 years as its as one of the ineligible occupations on temporary FSW program he showed me the website link too.

But that is a different program, can someone confirm if I can get points for job experience in category 6211 as it as noc skill type level B. My primary noc category is not related to 6211 though.

Also as I was managing a store I only have experience letter from the store management including job role and responsibilities. salary was paid in cash.

Please advise

Get the Appointment letter translated from an accredited translator and send the same. you should be good

I don't see any option where I can pay online.. Also how to take appointment.. I guess I can take appointment only after paying the fees..

Can I go directly without appointment with filled form and pay the fees there..
