Current, CIC is working on May 16 apps. What happens to May 12 to 15 pending apps? Is it over for them? I think they're over 70 applicants waiting to be charge.
If we stick by the 80% PER rule, according to the SS14 numbers, below are the remaining number of SS applicants waiting to be charged:
May 12th - 9
May 13th - 5
May 14th -13
May 15th -15
May 16th -22

As CIC keeps working on multiple dates at the same time the remainder of the good news (fee encashed) for 12th-15th applicants should come in in 2 weeks.
And most of the 80% of the 20th applicants should be charged by the end of September.

I trust you are talking about GCMS or whatever tracking notes it used to be called; it is not required - and you have anyway sent your application just like 10 days back so don't even let this go inside your ears :)

it is needed for those whose case is stuck, like guys from time taking VOs or when one's case is very complicated, not otherwise :)
;D oh Ok thanks!! fooosh... gone!!

Regarding Express Entry, most of us know tht Expression of Interest (EOI) in immigration will be initially submit along with CV, which will be added to a pool. The prospective employers will select few candidates against each opening, then those shortlisted candidates' EOI will be reviewed by CIC and selected candidates will be asked to send immigration application. However, after reaching Canada, immigrant will be free to join any company i.e. not necessarily the one which selected them.

Although i haven't searched much on net but a friend of mine who attended seminar in India by some consultancy firm learned the following

1. Application will be available for view by employers for only 6 months, after which it will be removed to give more visibility to other candidates.
2. Another EOI can be sent after a period of 1 yr from removal from the pool.

My personal opinion, it a misconception that only "highly experienced candidates" will be at an advantage. It all depends on employees needs and requirements. If they are looking for young blood, candidates with less experience will be selected and other way around if they need experienced employee. Its again my personal assumption that new entrants in the pool will be given higher visibility, what impact it could have....... i don't have enough understanding of Canadian Job mkt and their hiring pattern.

Net Net, although time from submission of application may be "Express" but the whole process will certainly be demanding and lot longer for majority of the candidates.
@ Bro Shah

Any idea on Interview ?

If some one apply in EOI with experience docs, will they take interview also , then will select or without interview they will select. ?

You can actually, based on ur ECAS status. Now that you also got PER, it should show you. If it states that your application was received in May...you may choose to withdraw your second and avoid processing fee.
I checked online for CIC status - apparently my info isnt registered as yet.

That is incorrect and misleading interpretation of CIC's take on number of hours worked and its conversion to duration of time in days/ week/ month/ year etc. Never suggest that to anyone! :)
@Oscar7

This is actually correct :). You should look at CIC website (For example CEC) and Guideline for FSW2014 :p See my previous reply for link ! And please prove this is incorrect.

This is from FSW2014 website:
Factor 3: Work experience (maximum of 15 points)

You will receive points for the number of years of full-time paid work (or the equivalent in part-time paid work) you have obtained within the last ten years. Full-time means at least 30 hours of paid work in one week.

You must have at least one year of continuous full-time, paid work experience (or the equivalent in continuous part-time work) in the primary occupation you specify in your application.
