how long time takes to get reply for general inquiry from LA visa office or any visa office. I send general inquiry about two weeks ago but I have not received any reply please give me advice if I don't received any reply what kind further steps to take. thanks to all.

I am working as a government employee (doctor) since 2010. Before that I don't have any job history. what should I write in the form schedule A- background/deceleration question no 10:

Indicate any government positions you have held in the past such as:
Civil servant;
Judge;
Police officer;
Employee in a security organization;Etc.

Write “NONE” in the box if you have not been a member of an association or
organization.

Include:
the name of the country and the level of jurisdiction (examples: national,
regional or municipal),
the name of the department or the branch you worked for, and
activities and/or positions that you held.

Hi, I just wanna share my experience for medical exam.

I drove for 1 hour to do medical exam to Kitchener in Ontario.
I saw the reviews and that made me feel comfortable, others were not very good around GTA area.
The price was very nice, Three people(two adults, one high school student) for CAD 444 all includes Canada immigration requirements.
Most places are around CAD 200 or more per person.

The receptionist was very kind. I firstly called at 8AM and could reserve at 12PM. We could do all at same building, and got informed the result in 2-3 days. Also we didn't have to bring photos, they have eHealth system.

Its someone who knows you and is on the list in your current country of residence, for example Im in Canada and I got my brother in law to sign form as I have known him more than two years and he is in a management position and therefore fits the criteria.

My wife is also a teacher in MCD (Delhi Govt) but I did not mention anything in her background declaration form Q10 (mention any govt. positions held) ...now I am confused if I did it right or wrong...?

Looks like they update on Mondays now. The last update was 18th August.
