I think CIC is not sending PER emails based on CC/DD Charge date..It's just my opinion..

I updated the spreadsheet but I think I might have done it wrong and made a duplicate entry. When I clicked my personalized link my information was not filled in and I had to enter everything again. Sorry if I screwed that up and can the admins fix it if needed.
