We are 7th May and DD charged on 30.6.14 still without PER email

As I heard we can do it online as well in the passport website. Senior s suggest which is easy one

Dear your address in passport and present address in different...i would suggest you to apply pcc from police department...it may be time consuming if you apply via passport seva kendra due to change in address....

As per Spreadsheet none of the 7th May applicant has been given PER brother...

I guess they are still busy with taking the money first....

Since 9th May applicants are also getting charged now..

I think there is shortage of funds at cic that's why cic ic busy in collecting money... cic is busy in paying salary to the staff ......when they will pay salary to the staff then they will issue per....

Please clear this doubt. I am taking reference letter from my ex-superior for my last company, and he is also not working for that company anymore. So my doubt is, in the reference letter, what should I put in the field of his designation...(Manager or Ex-Manager)

Please help to clear this.

If the letter is a fresh one, dated currently, then the only truthful way is to write his current designation, and address.
